About this property

Terrace Heights is a modern, three bedroom townhouse. Located conveniently, 40 paces to the shops, coffee and restaurants and a short 400 metre stroll to the beautiful Ocean Grove main beach.

Terrace Heights can accommodate 1-2 couples or families in comfort and style. There are three bedrooms, large master with king bed, balcony with outdoor setting, LCD TV, DVD player and ensuite, 2nd with queen bed and 3rd bedroom with trio bunk, (double bed on bottom and single bed on top) sleeping a total of 6 persons. All bedrooms are up stairs and the 2nd and 3rd bedroom are serviced by a separate bathroom. There is split system reverse cycle air conditioning in each bedroom and the downstairs living area.
Living/Dining area is fully set up with LCD TV, DVD, stereo and good quality furnishings. There are two bathrooms & 3 toilets. A modern fully fitted kitchen is set up for a work free holiday break, with microwave, dishwasher, gas hot plates, toaster etc. A lovely outdoor area with BBQ, dining setting and shading umbrella. Under cover secure off street parking accommodates two vehicles.

This property is in a complex and is not suitable for large groups of people wanting to hold parties ie ,Schoolies. If these terms are breached you will be immediately evicted with loss of payment. My family and I enjoyed a great week staying at Terrace Heights.

Belinda thought of everything to make our stay more enjoyable. Our grandson enjoyed the toys left for him to play with. The location is ideal only metres from the Main Street and a short walk to Ocean Grove beach. We are already planning our next stay.

Property was amazing - clean and tidy with lots of little bits and pieces to make our stay perfect. Location is ideal - just a walk to everywhere. Host was extremely easy to converse with and check in and out went without a hitch. Would highly recommend it.

Highly recommended

We loved our weekend catch up with friends from interstate which was enhanced by our accommodation. Great location, close to cafes and restaurants. It was extremely clean and was stocked with absolutely everything if required. We greatly appreciated the swift check in process and communication with the manager. We highly recommended a stay here.

Beautifully presented, clean, modern, comfortable in an extremely convenient location.

Would highly recommend this property, it was very comfortable, clean, well maintained, modern and located just a few minutes walk from shops, beach and supermarket. Belinda was easy to communicate with and the property had everything you would need for a short or long get away. The chocolate cookies and coffee were lovely touches to make our stay even happier. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others. Thanks Belinda and family for sharing this wonderful property.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property because we loved Ocean Grove so much. After going there year after year, we decided we might buy something for ourselves that we could rent out when we werent there. Ocean Grove has one of the best beaches in Victoria.And for those who like something a bit more gentle, the Barwon Heads river is just up the road. Lots of great shops, restaurants and amazing wineries. It is my intention to retire here in the near future.
