Upstairs you’ll found the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and private balcony. At the top of the stairs there is also a small parent’s retreat / study. With no hidden pricing our rates include hotel quality linen and towels, unlimited Wi-Fi, car parking, a welcome-home pack including luxury Appelles guest amenities, and departure clean.

Great space, location, awesome service

After relocating from interstates we stayed at Mary St for a month until we could find a rental property. The house is in a great location easy walking distance to transport and the city, freeways and so many cafes, restaurants and bars. The house has loads of space, the bedrooms are a great size and the property is extremely clean. We can't recommend highly enough, especially the managing agent Boutique Stays. The were so easy to deal with and accommodating to our unknown timelines.

Excellent property especially position

We enjoyed staying in Richmond and catching the trams into other parts of Melbourne. The house was comfortable if not quite up to scratch with a few water problems which were addressed promptly.
