This spacious apartment on the 14th floor of the Centurion building offers guests the luxury of space in addition to central location and breathtaking views.

Accommodation comprises King Bed and walk in robe (bedroom 1), twin singles (bedroom 2), fully equipped kitchen, open plan living area, laundry, one bathroom (washing machine and dryer included) and balcony.

Open plan living area and both bedrooms boast spectacular panaromic views over the city and to the horizon.

The best of Melbourne is just a few minutes walk, along with supermarkets and the boutique shopping of South Melbourne Village.

The apartment is directly behind Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centres and Crown Casino/Yarra river (150 metres). 5 minutes to the DFO and South Wharf's renowned restaurants. The CBD is across the river and accessible by four footbridges.

Main bedroom has 1 King bed, amazing views and walk in robe.

Second bedroom has 2 Single beds and amazing views.

The main bathroom is located near Bedroom 2 and has a shower over bath, toilet, basin and eurolaundry with washing machine and dryer.

Open plan living area and both bedrooms boast spectacular panoramic views over the city and to the horizon.

KITCHEN

This is a residential size kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook dinner for five people, including full size fridge, oven, stove top and microwave.

THE BUILDING

The Centurion is located just 100 metres from Crown Casino, Crown Metropol and Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. There is an excellent supermarket and liquor within 50 metres, and a well equipped gymnasium, heated swimming pool and spa, tennis court and bbq area on the 3rd floor.

THE LOCATION

The Centurion is enviably located within 100 metres of Crown Casino and Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. All of the city attractions are a short walk, or jump on the tram outside which goes through the city in one direction, and to St Kilda Beach on the other direction.

But the best part about this location is that it is also on the edge of South Melbourne Village, with large supermarkets, chemists, doctors, fresh food markets and boutique shopping and dining only a few minutes walk.

Staying in this location, you can access both the city and a charming inner city suburb with ease.

Please note that minimum stays usually apply. A fifth person can stay on a foldaway bed for $50 per night (adult) or $25 per night (child).

We understand that it is important to have fast, unlimited wifi broadband available, which is accessible to multiple devices. We provide this amenity: wifi internet just like you have at home, for no additional cost.

FOXTEL

Gem Apartments subscribe to a full Foxtel package of 95 channels, including all of the movies channels and most sports channels. This is available for use free of charge.

CARPARKING

This apartment comes with secure onsite parking for 1 car at no extra cost. Subject to availability, we can offer additional carparking.

OUR SERVICES

We have an office located within one minute walk of this apartment, and are available each day to assist our guests with any problems, luggage storage, and early and late check in.

Gem Apartments provide a traditional, personal holiday home experience, backed up with full time staff to take care of any issues which may arise.

We offer a seven day per week, 24 hour per day meet and greet service for arriving guests.

PRICING AND MINIMUM STAYS

Our Minimum's DO NOT apply if the calendar says otherwise!

Australian Open, Melbourne Grand Prix and Melbourne Cup Week are $375 per night, minimum 5night stay.

Christmas / New Year is a minimum 5 night stay at $375 per night, and we cannot accommodate arrivals or departures on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve or New Years Day.

If you're looking for something to do, Crown Casino and Southbank Promenade, featuring a vast range of dining options is just a two minute walk to the right. In front is the exciting new South Wharf complex, comprising a large Direct Factory Outlet (clothes and homewares), Melbourne Convention and Exhibitions Centres and a new range of waterside dining opening mid March.

A little further afield (ten minute walk) are Etihad Stadium, Albert Park Lake, Federation Square, CBD and The Arts Centre (theatres and galleries) and the MCG. And if you really want to stretch your legs, Port Melbourne beach, Harbour Town (Docklands), MCG and the Royal Botanical Gardens are a twenty minute walk, or a short tram ride away.

Excellent Location, Excellent Apartment

The apartment was good, location excellent and suited our purpose very well. Little points for improvement to comment on. Check in had to be organised at a specific time - given that we are local and were not coming from the airport direct to the apartment we could have used more flexibility. Ben who checked us in was very courteous and pleasant. The apartment carpet was not vacuumed. This I think should be compulsory prior to a new guest occupying the apartment. The 2 single beds in the 2nd room are so very narrow that an adult can't turn in bed without the fear of falling off the bed. The only reason that I rate the property average for cleanliness and comfort is because of the points of improvement that I have mention earlier. If these are fixed this will be an excellent property overall.

Perfect Accommodation!!

Hi there, we stayed here in June for the Origin. Having never been to Melbourne I was very surprised at the location on our arrival as it was one of the cheapest city type places we could find yet seemed to be in the best location only a few hundred metres from the Crown and not even 1km to the free city trams. On the 24th Floor there were stunning views of the river, city etc however being next to a freeway was also extremely quiet with double glass and the blinds were good in the rooms so you could sleep the day away if you wanted!! The washer dryer was excellent and very handy! It was very spacious compared to what I expected! The internet was absolutely excellent! Foxtel was great! Bathrooms and water pressure were awesome!! The indoor heated pool and spa were fantastic, tennis court, bbq area, gym etc. Was a very secure building. Were greeted with an early check in perfectly on time. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and pots and pans etc. The little touches of kids books and pens and paper etc really made those homely touches. The only bad thing I could say is we requested a later check out and was told it would be confirmed on arrival and by departure day still hadn't heard anything and when I phoned the Apartments on the Sat and Sun it said they were open 9-12 but when I rang the mobile 2 hours before leaving they said they aren't open weekends then texted me back to tell me the late check out could not be done. Would have been nice to know either way and receive a phone call explaining rather than a text. Property itself though is absolutely perfect and we will be back for sure!!!!!!!!!
