Bringing the outdoors indoors the Lotus boasts large bi-fold doors creating seamless indoor outdoor living. This home was designed especially for entertaining by the pool with an undercover built in BBQ, alfresco dining and lounge area that allows you to relax & unwind by the pool with a fine wine and great company.

This fabulous setting is situated right on the canals in Broadbeach Waters with great skyline views and close proximity to everything Broadbeach and the Gold Coast has to offer. A trip to the beach, Pacific Fair, Jupiters Casino, the Convention Centre and the many restaurants and cafes is literally only a short stroll away.

This delightful property is state of the art throughout and is a haven on taste and tranquility. Once you enter you will simply revel in the lifestyle atmosphere that this new residence provides. With 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a powder room and large entertaining areas this residence is guaranteed to accommodate up to 14 people with ease.

LIVING AREA

The large open plan living area with luxurious entertaining areas is situated overlooking the beautiful pool. It has tasteful polished timber floors, high ceilings, and modern decor with a touch of elegance.

Extra features include air-conditioning throughout the home, landscape gardens, FREE WIRELESS INTERNET, and local calls, large plasma TVs with Cable TV (in lounge, master bedroom and downstairs queen bedroom) and stereo surround sound system.

BEDROOMS

The master King bedroom is located on the upper level with lovely water views, a balcony, large ensuite with spa bath and walk in wardrobe.

There is also another King bedroom on this level (or 2 long singles) and a third bedroom with bunks (sleeps 4) along with a full bathroom. On the ground floor there are two King bedrooms (or long singles) with an adjoining bathroom and a King bedroom (or 2 long singles) making six bedrooms in total plus a powder room.

This stylish gourmet kitchen incorporates an impressive 6m long cooking bench, formal dining table, walk in pantry, breakfast bench, stainless steel appliances, gas cooking, double-door fridge with ice maker and chilled water on tap and of course a coffee machine.

OUTDOORS

The main alfresco area provides an undercover outdoor living area with built in BBQ, sink and fridge overlooking the 1.9m deep pool and the waterfront. Both are fenced. There is also an outdoor fireplace to ensure you can utilize the area all year round.

This home is situated in a premier location only a 10 minute walk to all that Broadbeach has to offer. Broadbeach is well known as the best location to holiday on the Gold Coast. The home is central to all the Gold Coast has to offer.

Brilliant house for family holiday

We had a great stay in The Lotus for a week with 2 families, including 3 kids under 5. The kids loved the pool and also playing on the beach in front of the house. There was plenty of room for everyone and we really enjoyed eating al fresco each evening. The property is walking distance to Pacific Fair& Broadbeach which was very useful during our stay.
