We are situated approximately 14 klms from Jindabyne, an easy 9 minute drive to Perisher Ski-tube and Lake Crackenback Resort, and an enjoyable 20-25 mins drive to Thredbo Village.

Set on 100 Private acres in the foothills of Thredbo Valley, there are breathtaking views from Mount Perisher to Lake Jindabyne.

Our Owners have been hosting guests for over 20 years and know what it takes to meet the most discerning guests needs .
We also live on the property during peak seasons (own private accommodation ) and are readily available for your support should the need arise.

Nowhere Boutique Guesthouse is available " self contained "and our on property staff provide a daily mini-service for your convenience .. Everything is taken care of for you whilst your privacy is observed . Our style is to deliver a service standard beyond your expectation whilst always ensuring your privacy.

The main Residence has four extremely comfortable Guest rooms all with private bathrooms or ensuites and include Luxury Linens and bath towels (perfect for 8 pax)
.....For larger groups the sofa bed in the Lounge room nook offers a sleeping area for 1 extra guest (extra charge )
You may also consider adding the highly recommended , luxurious Crackenback Suite (sleeps two ) for the ultimate stay (11 guests)
We also offer an attached private Apartment which allows for a maximum of 3 additional guests if required (total max of 14 ) if available .
Our rates are based STRICTLY on guest numbers ...Rates shown are for a max of 8 Guests (includes children ) in the main Guesthouse only ...fees will apply for additional guests (please request quotation )

"Nowhere" offers a Gourmet Chef kitchen including wood fuel stove and modern gas oven ,two separate lounging areas, Sauna ,Open Fire ,Big screen TVs and pretty much everything you could require for a luxurious mountain stay.

"Nowhere" is ideal for couples, families and small groups seeking a completely equipped luxury retreat to call home during your mountain stay.

"Nowhere "is a private country retreat in the heart of the Snowies .
Even the pantry is partially stocked for your convenience and you are welcome to bake in the wood fuel stove if you like.
Our Guests are treated like old friends and if you haven't stayed before we know you will want to come back.
Rates start from just $1200 per night (based on 6 guests)
Week- end rates and peak times are a little more but we do also offer special full house and long stay rates .
Sorry, outside guests are prohibited and we reserve the right to cancel bookings or request additional payments where guest numbers exceed that booked.

Nowhere Boutique Guesthouse is a fabulous location during the Winter season and is also available at other times when it makes a perfect setting for corporate , family or bridal groups.
Min stay is 3 nights although we recommend longer stays to get the true benefits of the serenity on offer .
For smaller groups or families (2- 4 ) please enquire about "The Apartment " our stylish self contained 1 bed/1 bath option.

"The Apartment "is a large (70sqm) self contained 1 bed/ 1 bath Space that adjoins the main Guesthouse and while not enjoying all Guesthouse facilities does enjoy total privacy and the serenity of staying on Nowheres' beautiful 100 acre private retreat.

The Apartment offers a spacious bedroom with King bed , sofa and flat screen TV. There is a separate bathroom , laundry and well equipped kitchenette. The living area "nook" also has double "king single" bunks for the kids or 3rd Adult.

Throw in a Big sreen TV , some comfy leather couches and a few board games and what more could you want for your mountain stay?
The Apartment is available in all seasons for a maximum of 4 guests (2A+ 2K ) and a minimum of 3 night stays.
Rates start as low as $264 per night ($396 during winter ) fully self contained.
