About Melanie Kelly

My name is Melanie. I have been offering this truly unique apartment on Stayz (Homeaway/Stayz) for over 8 years. It was home for my children prior and as a result you will see the constant care and love that is put into the apartment and still feel the warmth and comfort it offers.

Being a host for over 8 years has provided me with a wealth of knowledge and experience. It is always a pleasure to meet and correspond with my guests and be a part of their exciting travel adventures. I love being able to assist with any information required and recommendations.

I often prepare the apartment myself before guests arrival to ensure it is as perfect as possible. I also meet guests upon arrival to go over all the information they require.

A little about me: I am a full time property manager (host) for 3 properties. I am the very proud Mother of amazing young adults - Jake 21 and Grace 19 - and also to our beautiful little old dog Nacho and very cheeky huge cat Leo. I enjoying growing my own fruits and vegetables, cooking, watching documentaries, meeting new people and going out to all the amazing restaurants and cafes Melbourne has on offer.

I look forward to hearing from you and being able to assist you with accommodation in Melbourne.

Wouldn’t believe such a spacious and modern apartment was possible right in the heart of Melbourne, literally opposite fed square. Great graffiti art along the laneways. Reasonably quiet considering location.

Great Apartment - Amazing Location!

This apartment was perfect for our family when we visited Melbourne last week. The apartment is comfortable, really well equipped in the kitchen, etc. and Melanie was super sweet and helpful. The location is amazing - we knew the Flinders area was supposed to be fun but we had no idea about Hosier Lane and the incredible street art there. Loved this place!

Good Property

The property is very well maintained and Melaine is very helpful with all your question. It is in a great location to everything. The only down fall it is a very noisy unit due to lane way at the back the air condition from the restaurant below and the vent from across the lane I now understand why there are ear plugs. I think you need to be very mindful of this his you have low tolerance to noise. As we had to leave the property and asked for a refund for the other two night but was declined, as Melaine said we should have told but this outside of her control so I think people need to know first about this so they can make up there own minds if this property is right for them.

Stayed for 3 nights and everything was perfect especially the location. Close to anything you could need and tram stop right out the front. Was great for our footy and wine weekend. Great communication with Melanie made the whole trip run smoothly and she really cared about making our stay a good one. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others

Excellent location. Melanie extremely helpful. Everything you need and more! The only downfall was the noise from the tourists visiting the artwork lane directly outside the window. Melanie did warn us though and is looking to put in double glazing. Thanks for the earplugs.
