About the property

Fully self contained 2 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse.

Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms one has a king size bed and the other has a queen.

Downstairs is the lounge with two comfortable sofas, Flat screen TV and stereo.

The kitchen is fully self contained with fridge, microwave, dishwasher and oven and everything that you could need to make your stay feel like home down to tea, coffee and spreads for you to enjoy.

The dining has enough seating for 6 and is next to the kitchen.

The laundry/bathroom is fully equipped with front loader washing machine and dryer shower with separate WC.

The rear courtyard has table and chairs and BBQ with access to the covered parking if needed.


Suffolk Mews is in one of the best locations in Fremantle. You only have to walk around the corner and all the cafes and restaurants are right there. The Train Station is only a 10 - 15 minute walk which will take you into the heart of Perth passing Cottesloe, Claremont and Subiaco. There is a free local CAT Bus that will take you around Fremantle and at the end of Suffolk Street just cross over Marine Parade and you are on the Fishing Harbour.


There is so much to see and do while in Fremantle. You could visit the Fremantle Prison which was constructed by convicts between 1851 - 1855. Go and have a look at the Maritime Museums, hop on the Fremantle Tram for a guided tour. You can shop till you drop in the little boutiques as well as the E Shed Markets and of course the famous Fremantle Markets which has everything from handmade jewellery, gifts, clothes to fresh fruit and vegetables freshly baked bread, cheeses, meats, seafood etc.

A short 15 minute walk will take you to the wharf where you can catch a ferry to Rottnest or catch a ferry up the Swan River to the City of Perth. If you feel like relaxing in a beautiful park walk over the road to the Esplanade where you can enjoy a coffee and watch to world go by.

Its the little things that makes a difference and this place is full of the thoughtful set ups that make it like a home...great comfortable beds, plenty of kitchen facilities and a great location.... I thoroughly recommend this as a place to stay while you explore Fremantle as everything is in walking distance..and lots of others places in WA that is worth seeing

we enjoyed our stay, house was very clean & fresh, nice vibe quite and close to everything. owners go out of their way to make your stay comfortable, nice touch leaving milk, fresh bread, butter and use of anything in the pantry. will recommend the house to our overseas vistors

We really enjoyed our stay at Suffolk Mews. Amazing location, so close to everything. Spacious accommodation with lots of room to sit outside from and back and a secure car parking spot. I would highly recommend to anyone, especially with little kids!

Great Townhouse

Recently stayed here for 4 nights while attending a conference at the Esplanade. The location is great, close to everything in Freo. The townhouse itself is very spacious with 2 large rooms, shower and toilets upstairs with heaps of towels supplied for the stay. Downstairs is also spacious for a town house with 2 separate living areas, toilet and laundry with shower. There are two separate courtyards both at the front and the back. Spent a lot of time in the rear courtyard which is great! Kitchen facilities are everything you need including a dishwasher. Was pleasantly surprised with the pantry being extremely well equipped and even though we didn't use anything as I brought my mine it was refreshing to see such well stocked cupboards. Had nibbles one night and there were even platters, bowls and serving plates that we could use instead of serving on dinner plates! The bread, milk and butter on arrival was also a nice touch. Highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again if looking for accommodation in Freo.
