The property can easily accommodate up to 12 guests, with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate toilet, 2 living areas, split system air-conditioning, central heating, ceiling fans in bedrooms and dishwasher. Free Wi Fi / Internet is provided through the house. The living room has a 55 inch Smart TV with DVD and Netflix. Netflix is also available in the TV in the master bedroom. The spacious, central entertaining deck is fully roofed, with alfresco style access from living/dining/master bedroom. Gas BBQ, 2 and 3 seater lounge and 10 seater outdoor dining setting. Safe fully fenced rear garden with sand pit, cubby house, swings, slide, trampoline and table tennis. Cot and high chair provided. Property has double lock up garage.

▪️We are NOT a party house, so please do not enquire if this is your intention. Complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise will result in termination of your booking and the security bond will not be refunded.

To keep our nightly accommodation rates low, we ask you to bring your own bed linen(top and bottom sheets and pillow cases) and towels. Please note that doonas with covers and pillows are included for all bookings. For your convenience we can organise for linen/towels to be provided at an additional linen hire charge. If you are interested, please let us know and we will forward you the linen hire rates.
