About the property

Gorgeous, bright, sunny one bedroom apartment with a pleasant view towards Manly beach. Sea views! It feels more like a home than a lot of units. Reasonably priced for Manly. In lovely, quiet area of Manly, yet still only 6 minutes walk through a reserve to the beach. We do get a lot of repeat visitors so book early!

A door leads from living area on to a private, tiled courtyard surrounded by tropical plants. This acts as an 'Outdoor Room' and is perfect for alfresco dining or entertaining.

The apartment is elevated (first floor) and sunny and north facing. The bedroom also has a door leading on to the sunny balcony which looks towards Manly Beach. We now have new glass balcony railings installed.

The apartment is on the first floor of a small apartment block (only 8 units.) It doesn't have the 'crammed in' feel of many Manly units and you will feel really at home here. It is away from the 'hustle and bustle' of Manly yet close to walk to everything.

There is a fully equipped timber kitchen, open plan. The Lounge/Dining area has a sofa bed to accommodate another person. There is a full bathroom and lovely bright bedroom with mirrored built in wardrobes.

Off street parking for one car and garage if needed by request. Free wifi installed in April.

The Ideal Holiday Apartment

The apartment really is unique in that it has 2 outdoor areas which both have lovely views and are quite private. Great rates for stays of 14 days or more.

There are only 8 units in the block and this apartment is the best in the block with a balcony and courtyard. In front of the block is a pathway leading through 'Kangaroo Reserve' to the beach and shops.

Ask about other properties. Beachfront Magic Narrabeen and Manly Gem.


The apartment is situated at the quieter end of Kangaroo Street which is elevated and runs parallel to Manly beach. You can have lovely views from the balcony or courtyard and it is private and not really overlooked. However it is just a 4 minute walk to the beach and 6 minutes to Manly Corso with it's shops, cafes and restaurants.

We offer good rates in comparison with lots of Manly apartments especially for longer stays.

Manly is such a beautiful spot, so close to Sydney on the ferry yet with a relaxed holiday feel. There is a choice of beaches like Shelly, Fairlight, Queenscliff, Manly etc all walking distance of the apartment.

Just 30 minutes by ferry from Sydney's CBD, Manly is a comprehensive seaside resort destination sitting on a beautiful peninsula and surrounded on three sides by The Pacific Ocean and Sydney Harbour.

The Manly area boasts secluded harbour beaches where swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking and scuba diving in calm clear waters are on offer. The surrounding National Parks are perfect for walks in a natural bush setting with stunning harbour views.

Beautiful beach retreat

Wonderful little location and having outside balcony meant it didn't feel small and you can see and hear the ocean. Lovely and clean and well equipped. Felt very homely and the owner is very friendly and accommodating. I'd stay again!

Great location and property

We stayed here for three weeks when we first arrived in Australia. It was a perfect choice. The apartment is big enough to actually live there - unlike some holiday apartments - and the large deck meant we had private outdoor space. Would thoroughly recommend.

So much better than a hotel !

This was our first time in a "Stayz" holiday rental. Although we're only 2 hours north of Sydney, we have a son with Autism who loves Sydney and stay regularly, generally in the city and only for a few nights due to the high costs. The Manly Magic Holiday Apartment was so reasonably priced, we stayed 5 nights, in the middle of school holidays . The unit is truly lovely, it is furnished with taste without compromising on comfort. The unit has plenty of space with the added bonus of all of the comforts of home. It's the little things you miss when away, like salt and pepper, oil and flour. This and more is provided. Set in a peaceful area, with magnificent views of the ocean, it was easy to forget we were only an easy 5 minutes walk from the action of Manly and an enjoyable 30 min on the Fast Ferry to the city. Owners Elaine and Ted were both lovely. We would definitely recommend staying here and we will certainly return. Thanks Elaine and Ted

Lovely place to stay in quieter part of Manly

We loved the sunny balcony off the bedroom and terrace on the side of this apartment particularly and it was great being away from the business of Manly itself. It only took us 5 minutes to walk to the beach going through 'Kangaroo reserve' across the road. The apartment didn't get too hot or cold and suited us perfectly. We would love to stay again. The owners were helpful and friendly.
