Occupying an ideal position on the north east corner of a boutique block, elevated just enough to capture the sunrise over the ocean, this alluring apartment is just metres to the sand, and makes its attractive qualities felt the moment you enter.

Teeming natural light bathes the whole home in a fresh and inviting glow, the pleasant ambience enhanced by timber floors underfoot and a contemporary coastal aesthetic. Living areas are open in flow, connecting the ample kitchen with stainless steel appliances to a choice of both indoor and outdoor living alternatives.

Private and peaceful, the huge outdoor area embraces two whole sides of the home, providing a massive extension of the living space on offer and serving up ample space for alfresco dining, gardening and open air entertaining.

The bedroom's impressive dimensions merge with the balcony, orienting the room to take in the sunrise and ocean glimpses. There is also an internal washing machine and off street parking!

It is a gorgeous, bright, sunny one bedroom apartment with a pleasant view towards Manly beach. It feels more like a home than a lot of units. Reasonably priced for Manly. In lovely, quiet area of Manly, yet still only 6 minutes walk through a reserve to the beach. We do get a lot of repeat visitors so book early!

The apartment is on the first floor of a small apartment block (only 8 units.) It doesn't have the 'crammed in' feel of many Manly units and you will feel really at home here. It is away from the 'hustle and bustle' of Manly yet close to walk to everything.

There is a fully equipped timber kitchen, open plan. The Lounge/Dining area has a sofa bed to accommodate another person. There is a full bathroom and lovely bright bedroom with mirrored built in wardrobes.

We offer good rates in comparison with lots of Manly apartments especially for longer stays.

Manly is such a beautiful spot, so close to Sydney on the ferry yet with a relaxed holiday feel. There is a choice of beaches like Shelly, Fairlight, Queenscliff, Manly etc all walking distance of the apartment.

Why Elaine de Jager chose Manly

We fell in love with this property when looking for an investment unit. It is light and bright and is more private than most units. It feels more like a home. Although ground floor it's elevated above garages so has a lovely outlook towards Manly Beach. It has a huge deck or courtyard at the side and a sunny balcony leading on to the deck.

What makes this apartment unique

All the outdoor area. Quiet location but only 5 - 10 minutes to all the action of Manly and the beach. A lovely reserve across the road which is a shortcut to the beach.

Beautiful beach retreat

Wonderful little location and having outside balcony meant it didn't feel small and you can see and hear the ocean. Lovely and clean and well equipped. Felt very homely and the owner is very friendly and accommodating. I'd stay again!

Great location and property

We stayed here for three weeks when we first arrived in Australia. It was a perfect choice. The apartment is big enough to actually live there - unlike some holiday apartments - and the large deck meant we had private outdoor space. Would thoroughly recommend.

So much better than a hotel !

This was our first time in a "Stayz" holiday rental. Although we're only 2 hours north of Sydney, we have a son with Autism who loves Sydney and stay regularly, generally in the city and only for a few nights due to the high costs. The Manly Magic Holiday Apartment was so reasonably priced, we stayed 5 nights, in the middle of school holidays . The unit is truly lovely, it is furnished with taste without compromising on comfort. The unit has plenty of space with the added bonus of all of the comforts of home. It's the little things you miss when away, like salt and pepper, oil and flour. This and more is provided. Set in a peaceful area, with magnificent views of the ocean, it was easy to forget we were only an easy 5 minutes walk from the action of Manly and an enjoyable 30 min on the Fast Ferry to the city. Owners Elaine and Ted were both lovely. We would definitely recommend staying here and we will certainly return. Thanks Elaine and Ted

Lovely place to stay in quieter part of Manly

We loved the sunny balcony off the bedroom and terrace on the side of this apartment particularly and it was great being away from the business of Manly itself. It only took us 5 minutes to walk to the beach going through 'Kangaroo reserve' across the road. The apartment didn't get too hot or cold and suited us perfectly. We would love to stay again. The owners were helpful and friendly.
