Ming 1 is a three-bedroom unit which exudes an ambiance of spaciousness and luxury where attention to detail prevails. Located at 236 Marine Parade, on ground level and adjacent to Kingscliff's Dreamtime Beach and parkland, the unit not only lends itself to families with children but also those requiring easy access. Short and long stays are available. Please see prices for short stays (3-6 nights) below.

Comfortable bedding in personalized bedrooms (1 x queen bed, 1 x double bed and the third with 2 x extra long single beds) with linen supplied, not only ensures a totally relaxing holiday but also an incentive to return! Complimentary vanity packs are provided in all bedrooms. Both bathrooms boast optional rain showers, heated towel rails and deep baths.

Ming 1 has a comprehensively equipped kitchen - granite bench tops, ice-maker and Miele appliances, are a chef's delight. The dining and lounge areas are furnished with quality pieces and decor to match. Laundry (Miele appliances) and powder rooms are separate rooms.

Additional features include a comprehensive AV system with Foxtel - Platinum Package, (extended to master bedroom and ensuite) and selections of DVDs and CDs, BBQ, reverse cycle air conditioning, ceiling fans and telephone for local and incoming calls. Secure double basement parking and a service elevator facilitate access.

Boutique-style holiday facility

A simultaneous booking of both Ming 1 on the ground floor and Ming 3 with four bedrooms (STAYZ 73025) above it, provides a perfect, boutique-style facility for family reunions and sporting groups.

The facilities and floor plan of the units lend themselves to this function, both being on the northern side of the building with their own private entrance. Used in this way guests appreciate the proximity of the units to one another and their privacy both from each other and outside.

Needless to say, booking the Roof top entertainment area described below completes the package.

Rooftop entertainment area

Booking the rooftop entertainment area on the top floor is an optional extra. Located here are a pool/table tennis table, bar and AV system with Austar cable TV - The Works Package. Bifold doors open to a spacious deck and spectacular ocean and marine parkland views.

A lovely unit in a beautiful location.

We had a great time at the beach which is directly opposite the unit and enjoyed the family time spent at the well appointed unit. Plenty of space for separate couples to maintain privacy and share an ample common space for socialising. Thank you for our time spent here.

Our family rented Apartment 1 and 3 consequtively and everything was lovely. Very spacious and comfortable even for 7 people and a toddler.. Heaps of wardrobes and everything you'd need in way of kitchen appliances etc. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it. Good location close to beach and lovely park and playground. The baggage lift was great. Takes luggage to right inside the apartment. Andrew and all the staff at Kingscliff Sales & Rentals were very helpful. Secure parking. I don't think you could go better.

Outstanding location, high quality accommodation

Kingscliff is a great location and the accommodation is perfectly located on Marine Parade and with the beach directly across the road. The Ming Apartments are very comfortable, well cared for and with high quality fixtures and appliances. It is very spacious and perfect for families. Our stay in Jan 2016 had perfect weather as well.

Our stay at Ming property was very enjoyable. Spacious, modern appliances & great location. King or queen bed in master would have been a better choice. Overall I'd highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful, spacious, luxury apartments. We had upstairs and downstairs with extended family having a great time for over a week. Plus, the owner and agent are friendly, approachable and flexible. We LOVED the living areas, the quality Miele appliances (especially the steamer oven), the full sound-surround, and the beautiful setting. The bedrooms are LARGE, with quality linen, and the bathrooms are GORGEOUS. Excellent parking made everything practical and relaxing. We had MANY deck BBQs, lots of big meals together and a wonderful holiday. WE WILL BE BACK! The Ming Apartments are excellent value and Kingscliff is a pretty coastal village. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
