Walk off Angas street into the private courtyard. From the moment you enter the secure front gate, your every need is catered for; providing you with a secure and comfortable stay.

As you enter the front doors into the main Lounge Room area with a large leather Lounge, opposite the 50"Plasma TV with DVD, relax and enjoy. Tastefully decorated with Wooden floating floor boards, right through to the Dining room and kitchen.
Fully self contained kitchen, with s/steel appliances including a dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer.

Upstairs we have a large Main bedroom with a new Queen Bed with side tables, and a wall mounted LCD TV, a large walk in closet and your very own ensuite.

There are 2 other Bedrooms with sumptuous comfortable double beds. Wall mounted LCD TV'S are featured in each room.

All beds are made with quality Sheridan Egyptian Linen.

Main bathroom and a 2nd separate toilet.

Patio doors from the dining room area open out onto a large private courtyard with an outdoor table setting, an umberella.

EXECUTIVE LIVING SHORT OR LONG TERM

The apartment is within walking distance of the Law Courts, Wakefield Street Hospital, St Andrews Hospital, Royal Adelaide Hospital, Clipsal Track, Glenelg Tram, Gouger Street Central Market filled with good food and shopping.

500 metres to Hutt Street (great food and general shopping..bank, supermarket, bottle shop etc), the CBD, a 5 minute taxi ride to North Adelaide , the Botanic Gardens and the entertainment centre. 100 metres to lovely parklands and the Japanese Gardens.

Like living in someone else's house
This house felt like someone was living in it but just away for the weekend! It had everything to be fully self-contained (if you wanted). Location was excellent (short walk to the vibrant east side of the city), lounge was spacious, place was clean and tidy. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, very clean, comfortable accomodation.
This property was so lovely, it felt like suburbia but was a short walk to everything. The owners were very accomodation and easy to contact. I would recommend this property to anyone staying in Adelaide.
