About Como Executive Apartment

Suitable for holiday and business stays, this private, self-contained apartment is next to the Swan River and 10 minutes from Perth City. Como is a super alternative to city high rise. The apartment is close to the CBD, entertainment and nature!

The apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a self contained kitchen/laundry and open air dining and lounge area overlooking a private courtyard. The ottoman in the lounge converts to an extra double bed. Out front is an al fresco courtyard to sit and watch the world go by, enjoy a BBQ, entertain and relax.

Off-road parking for two cars plus verge for trailer and extra cars. Bikes and extra gear can be stored either in the garage or behind locked gates out the back.

The apartment is close to Preston Street, with shops, restaurants, cafes, a cinema and tavern. Bike paths and walkways are at the end of the street, leading to riverside views of the city and parks, playgrounds and cafes plus Como jetty for sitting and relaxing or fishing. Free use of bikes and helmets while you stay.

It's a 15 minute walk to Canning Bridge train station, 5 minutes to bus stops connecting to the City, hospitals, schools and universities. Fremantle and Perth beaches are 20-25 minutes away. Nearby suburbs include South Perth, Applecross, Melville, Northbridge, West Perth, Nedlands, Subiaco, Burswood, Bentley, Vic Park, Kensington.

Nearby attractions include Perth City, Swan River and Como Beach, Perth Zoo, Kings Park, Crown Casino, Perth Arena, Northbridge, Perth Concert Hall and Perth Convention Centre.

The apartment is next to the owner's house and their small dog shares the yard.

Tariff is based on length of stay and number of people staying. Headline rates are for two people. Extra adults/children are $25/person/night

Once you decide to stay we will send you payment details for a deposit to confirm your booking. Payment can be by EFT or credit card. The balance of payment is due two weeks prior to start of your stay.
