Your separate guest wing has a QS bed, wall mounted flat screen TV with built in DVD player, spacious en-suite with separate spa bath/separate toilet facilities.

There is also an adjacent sitting room with a pullout double bed ( This has the guest entrance door ) A laundry kitchenette, small fridge and microwave for your convenience. Tea and coffee making facilities are also provided along with a number of treats.

A start up continental breakfast is included in the tariff. Please let your host know if you have any special dietary requirements.

This cosy B&B is In close walking distance to Mulligans Flat reserve where you can enjoy bird watching, see the wildlife, bush walk or cycle.

There is another convenient scenic walk past the local Yerrabi Ponds (with it's well appointed children's playground) to the Forde Enclosed Dog Park where your dog can romp off the lead.

Very clean and cosy garden villa, we enjoy our stay there.

We enjoyed to stay in Tea Gardens Bed & Breakfast. It’s clean, cosy and quiet. Traffic is a bit chaotic due to the construction of the rails in the area so lots of lanes are closed on the main roads.

Accomodation is falsely advertised

The accomodation is neat and clean. However, it is only a one bedroom place with option of second pullout sofa bed- this pullout bed takes up the very small sitting area. The tv is located in the bedroom. Very little place to move around. Should not be able to charge this price when incorrectly advertised. Hotel rooms in the same vicinity are cheaper and more practical and worthy of price.

The owner should have to revise the way the property is advertised.

Charming small property

This property is exactly as stated. It's small but immaculately clean and well appointed. It was chilly when we visited but heating and bedding were all fine. Took our dog to nearby Casey dog park too.

Best accomodation

Tea Gardens is brilliant to stay at. It is well appointed, clean, tidy and cosy. With all the mod cons and great bathroom. Gail is the perfect host providing lots of little welcoming treasures like biscuits, chocolate, etc as well as lots of local knowledge. Our dog really enjoyed his stay here. Thanks Gail for a great stay.
