About Leo M Green
Hello from Leo, Janet and our dog Moose (the picture is not our dog). We are empty nesters. I am a real estate appraiser and specialize in water front properties due to my passion for our lake cottage in Coeur d'Alene and the beauty of being around lakes and outdoors. My wife is a manager of Homestead Birkenstock Store in Northtown Mall in Spokane were we live. We enjoy going to our cottage on Coeur d'Alene all year round. Sharing it gives us joy along with helping with the cost. We have had many years of pleasant memories on Coeur d'Alene lake and hope that if you come stay you will have similar fun times as we have with our family. Come prepared to relax in a private getaway with a serene beauty that calms the soul. If you are anxious you are living in the past, if you are in fear you are living in the future, if you are at peace you are living in the moment. Best Regards The Green Family
Leo M Green purchased this Cottage in 1989
Why Leo M Green chose Harrison
My parents purchased the lake front lot in 1952, the year I was born. I have been privileged to grow up in this wonderful environment in the summers. I have continually updated the cottage through the years to keep it modern. My aunts and uncles also purchased property near and I was fortunate to get to know many of my aunts, uncles and cousins as we played together in the summers.
What makes this Cottage unique
At Coeur d'Alene Lake We love to swim, hike, boat, water ski, jet ski, but mostly just relaxing with a cool beverage and enjoying the environment. Family always is a wonderful ingredient for the best memories. The closest I get to Heaven On Earth!

Great time with family and friends
We had a wonderful time at this lovely lake home. The home was perfect and we had such a great time playing on the beach and dock.
We had 4 adults and 5 kids (ages 13-17) and we all had a great time. Leo (Owner), was very informative and helpful when it came to advice on where to go/what to see. We rented a pontoon boat for the week and would highly recommend to see the lake. We're talking about going back next summer.
Awesome family vacation
The views and sunsets are amazing and the entire family made memories that will last a lifetime. Leo is a really great host and take his advice on the right places to eat. Thanks so much!!
perfect location/house for a family reunion
Thank you for allowing us to have this family time at your lake house. We loved the privacy of the location even thought its a hike down. It is a perfect house for multiple people with the apartment downstairs. There was more then enough room for everyone and the dock was just awesome to have for our boat. Being in a cove we had a lot less traffic then being on the open lake. We loved the boat ride to Harrison. I strongly recommend that for anyone staying there. Its a quaint little town only 30 min by boat. Everything worked well and the kitchen was fully stocked. The shower situation was interesting as water would just stop working but heck whats the lake for! LOL really we just enjoyed everything and hope to return soon. Loved the owners, they are great to work with and very friendly.
Beautiful views and great layout!
Leo is a generous and responsive owner and he made sure our stay was perfect. The house is roomy and the studio with it's own balcony allowed our son and DIL to have a private living area for themselves and their toddler. There are two bedrooms upstairs that sleep seven between them. They have cut down sliding doors, so privacy isn't complete. The master bedroom suite is large, though part of it is the owner's personal storage area. The kitchen is large adequately stocked with all that we needed, and side porch is provided with fire pit and a stock of wood. The balcony was incredible; spacious and well-provided with shade, tables and chairs, and a corn hole game that fit the deck perfectly. It is also practically toddler-proof, with glass sides and locking gates. The dock area provided chairs, another fire pit, two kayaks, and a small beach area. We were able to dock our boat and our friends' boat with no problem.
There are 72 steps to descend from the parking area to the cabin, then another 136 from the cabin down to the beach :)....great exercise!
The one thing that wasn't quite up to expectations was the cleanliness of the bathrooms. :)
great views, great lake, great times
Our party of 13 had an amazing time at Leo's home. We ate out on his fantastic deck, we played all day in the water off the incredible dock, we rented boats and jet skis, and we watched the eclipse in this playground of fun! Was a great way to end our summer!
