This secure 2-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor was a pleasure to stay in. You’ll find it spotlessly clean and very comfortable with all you need for an enjoyable stay- including a well-appointed kitchen, luxurious bath towels, beautiful beds and internet access. In a new building, located close to cafes, restaurants and public transport, this accommodation is within walking distance to everything in Mount Lawley, and Perth is just a short bus ride away, or a 20 minute walk. Despite being located on a main road, it is very quiet inside. The owner, Pat, is a great host who regularly liases with guests to make sure that they have the best possible experience. I would highly recommend this apartment.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 night stay in this near new Apartment in the heart Mt Lawley.

Exceptional features were:

Beautifully furnished & decorated with stylish furniture (some restored tastefully by owner) Modern but homely with lots of paintings & pot plants. Very clean, comfortable & well presented.

Great location - several multicultural restaurants, bars & grocery stores in easy walking distance.

Bus stop at front door but still walking distance to the city.

On site car accommodation.

Affordable by comparison to others.

Owner was very friendly & informative. She personally ensured that we were well informed on our arrival & contacted us during our stay to ensure everything was to our satisfaction.

We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Perth & would love to return & stay there again sometime in the future.

The accommodation is situated on the best café strip in Perth. 10 minutes by bus to City, Bell Tower and Elizabeth Quays, Museum and Cultural Centre and China Town and many restaurants in Northbridge. Rottnest Ferry is situated at Elizabeth Quays. Ferry to South Perth and Fremantle also in this area. Catch a bus to Kings Park and Jacobs Ladder. Cottesloe and Scarborough Beaches are only a 20 minute car ride away. Beautiful Swan River is a short walk from the apartment . The states brand new Optus Stadium is now in operation and is certainly worth visiting.

Stunning apartment on the best cafe strip in Perth and only 10 minutes to the CBD by bus.

We were greeted by the owner who made us feel at home immediately, she showed us how to access the secured building and gave us instructions of how everything worked.

Her apartment is absolutely beautiful with an eclectic mix of furniture, some of these items have found their way from the verge into her home and have been totally restored by this lovely lady who is an artist. All of the artwork on her walls are her own, fabulous.

We had the 2 bedrooms with their own ensuites which are beautifully furnished, a full kitchen with the best of appliances, fridge and stove etc. Plenty of crockery and cutlery as this is her home when she doesn't have a booking so there is absolutely everything you will need to cook up a storm. The living area adjoins the kitchen with a comfy couch, the dining area is an extension of the lounge. She has a really nice collection of antiques in this room. I'll now stop raving on.

Pat gave us so much information about the Mount Lawley area and what restaurants were her favourite and put us in the right direction for food shopping which is only a stone's throw away. There are 3 supermarkets in close proximity, banks, post office and an array of fashion boutiques, home wares, fabulous jewellery store and just about everything we could have wished for. Buses run every 10 minutes directly to the city and Northbridge. We walked into the city each day which took about 20 minutes, but we stopped off at the cultural centre where there was an abundance of restaurants in China Town.

The Queens Hotel is just 20 meters where we had a few pub lunches which were superb, we made it our 'local'. Fabulous. Actually there is no need to cook as we found the restaurants and cafes were just what we wanted.

All in all we were extremely satisfied with this apartment and it's amenities and especially because it is in a small boutique complex of only 8. Parking was simple but didn't really need a car as the public transport is sooooo good. The apartment was absolutely squeaky clean, not a speck of dust and beautifully maintained, just perfect. Pat is a very fussy person, that is why she presents her apartment beautifully.

We will be coming back to Perth and won't hesitate to book this beautiful apartment again. Thank you for letting us stay.

Lovely!

I had a fabulous stay at this apartment. I needed a place close to the city and it was perfect - I walked into the main cultural centre every day. The neighbourhood is filled with delightful eateries and the apartment was quiet.
