• The apartment has had a recent makeover carried out so everything is fresh and new.

• New Carpet, Tiles, Paint and Furniture.

House Rules:

• No Smoking. Only permitted on outside balcony.

• No Pets,

• This apartment is also sometimes OUR home so please respect it as we will present it in a spotless condition for you also to enjoy.

• You will be charged a cleaning fee to cover reasonable cleaning costs. However if you leave the apartment in an Unreasonably dirty state we will charge you an additional cost of cleaning.

• Respect other tenants’ privacy by keeping early hour’s noise to a minimum.

• Any damage to the furniture or walls will be charged.

• Lost Keys and Security Fobs will be charged $70.00 per set.

• Our Accommodation is NOT a Serviced Apartment. We do not have Servants looking after you. Guests have a responsibility to leave the apartment in a reasonably clean and tidy manner. Put away ALL Plates, Glasses and Utensils. To return ALL items in the Kitchen, Living, Bathroom and Bedroom Areas as they were found.

Accommodation Booking Policy:

• Minimum of 2 nights stay.

• $300.00. Deposit required to secure your booking request. After it has been officially accepted your deposit becomes the Security Bond.

• Loss of keys and Security Fobs will be charged at $70.00 per set.

• The Deposit will NOT be refunded if cancellation is made 2 weeks prior to you arrival.

• Weekly and Monthly rates available.

Please note, that if you are a party of more than 4 and would like to stay in the same location let us know as we have contact with another apartment in the same building.

Perfect city atmosphere

My sister and I have stayed in this apartment twice now and will definitely continue coming back. Ivo and Maria are so accommodating and helpful, making sure everything is up to standard and the stay is as good and comfortable as possible. The location really is perfect, with a main tram stop right outside the building and lots of shops and Flinders Street station an easy walking distance. The inside of the apartment is always clean and and well kept with everything in working order. In the bedrooms there are plenty of pillows and extra blankets, and the bathroom is tidy and modern. The ducted heating comes in handy, too. We would recommend this unit 100 percent!

Clean and well equipped with great hosts.

Well appointed, clean apartment with all the right equipment to prepare meals, wash, iron and even a hairdryer.

The owners, Ivo and Maria, are very friendly, knowledgable about Melbourne and all it has to offer and even contacted us to see if everything was okay. Flexible with check in time too as we flew into Melbourne in a.m. and Ivo met us at apartment before official check in time which saved us having to lug our baggage around the shops.

Apartment very close to numerous restaurants but we cooked in the apartment. Our main purpose for the visit was to shop till we dropped and with all the wonderful shops at our doorstep we filled 2 suitcases each - there were 3 of us. A walk along the river by the casino on Sunday was great as there were Chinese markets. Chadstone is another great place to shop and so is DFO South Wharf. We visit Melbourne annually so will definitely stay in this apartment again if available. If you try it you wont be disappointed.

Well appointed apartment in excellent position

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment which had everything we needed including basic pantry items. It is in an excellent location with a tram stop outside the door (in the free tram zone) and plenty of shops and places to eat just minutes away. The ramp and lift access was great for our disabled daughter. Ivo always responded promptly and was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Thanks.

Excellent location, tram stop outside door, walking distance to whole city block, laneways and main attractions. Very clean and comfortable and would stay again when visiting Melbourne. Ivo was a very friendly and helpful host and accomodated to our needs.

A great host, Ivo was very welcoming and accommodated our needs for different check in/out times. The apartment was very clean and tidy, and extra's provided made it a home away from home. A terrific apartment for a group of adults or a family. My kids loved it. Thanks Ivo and Maria, we will definitely recommend to others in Tasmania.
