The Penthouse sits atop the recently refurbished Berowra Waters Marina, which provides the convenience of a store for you to pick up basic supplies (like bread, milk, and of course wine) as well as both a casual cafe

TERMS & CONDITIONS

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

• The number of Guests staying should not exceed the number stated at the time of booking and/or beds provided. Berowra Waters Penthouse can accommodate a maximum of 10 Guests only.

• Pets are not permitted.

• Berowra Waters Penthouse must not be used for any functions, events, parties or business activities without prior approval. It is designated for holiday use only. The house cannot be sub-let or re-let.

• No persons on the premises shall be guilty of conduct that is of nuisance to adjoining occupiers.

• Should any of the four preceding points be breached, the lease will be immediately terminated and funds including bond forfeited.

• Check in time is after 10 am and check out time is at 4 pm (or as agreed).

• Berowra Waters Penthouse is strictly Non Smoking.

• All tariffs quoted are in Australian dollars.

DAMAGE/BREAKAGES:

• The house is leased to you on the condition that it is returned to us in a similar condition as to how you found it on arrival.

• Any breakages or damage of a major nature or loss of provided items will be charged to you.

• We reserve the right to charge a Bond prior to your arrival. We must be in receipt of the Bond before we will issue keys to you. Any such Bond will be refundable within 7 days of your departure subject to an inspection of the house and return of the house keys.

CLEANING/DEPARTURE:

• Before departure all foodstuffs must be removed from the refrigerator and the cupboards, all rubbish must be removed from the house and placed in the appropriate bins outside, the barbeque, if used, must also be cleaned. Dirty dishes should not be left in or around the house or in the dishwasher.

Please note that failure to adhere to any or all of the above will result in $50 (minimum) being retained from your bond to cover the additional cleaning costs.

• Upon departure please ensure that windows are closed and all blinds are drawn, all appliances and lights are turned off and the premises are locked.

• Separately, we will advise you what to do with the keys.

LIABILITIES:

• Your booking is confirmed on the basis that the Berowra Waters Penthouse does not accept any liability for any injury, loss, damage to person(s) and/or property and additional expenses caused directly or indirectly by events. We do not accept liability for errors, omissions or negligence represented on any third party websites.

• No responsibility is taken for any items left on the premises during your stay or left behind after departure.

• We reserve the right to change any of the Terms, Rates and Conditions expressed without notice.

Berowra Waters was a great location to catch up with beautiful friends coming from the mountains, central coast and south west of Sydney. Can't wait to go back next year, The Penthouse was perfect for four couples. Restaurants were lovely.

We were married at the Berowra Waters Seafood Restaurant and stayed at the penthouse. The venue was perfect the place was so well equiped and we were able to berth our boat as part of the deal. Loved everything about it.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Berowra Waters Penthouse. The location is beautiful and the apartment was perfect for our extended family weekend.The penthouse is beautifully appointed with all the luxury facilities you would expect. The highlight for us would have to be breakfast on the balcony overlooking the Marina and the beauty of the surrounding National Park.

Beautiful location. lovely to receive bottle of wine and chocolates. Great appointed kitchen. Carpet very tied needs replacing and lounge needs new cushions dirty and uncomfortable. Beside carpet an lounge enjoyed stay was great for our group of 11.

Great location and venue !

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, but it could do with a little bit of a touch up and maintenance to get it back up to spec.

Eg, replace blinds in lounge to help control the AM glare. lots of wine glasses but nothing for other beverages! No range hood in kitchen. damaged doors and windows.

In saying all of this we would still stay there again if it suited our needs,
