A fabulous mountain retreat

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful, relaxing 3 nights in the Eagles Nest cabin. The view was incredible and everything we needed for a very comfortable stay was provided. The fireplace was greatly appreciated and we could enjoy the warmth while looking out at the beautiful view and birds feeding. Suzanne and Tony were very welcoming and gave us good suggestions for our walk and for spotting wombats on the property. We'll definitely be returning. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us, Suzanne and Tony. :-)

A wonderful break

  • 5 of 5

This is a beautifully appointed cabin, set on the slopes of Mt Macedon amid eucalypt forest with views as far as Melbourne and, at night, the lights of Geelong in the distance. We had a wombat and a kangaroo grazing on the flat below our deck, and crimson rosellas down on the feeder. Utter peace and tranquillity.
