Tucked away from the noise, this tastefully decorated holiday abode is only minutes drive to Wamberal Beach and the popular seaside town of Terrigal. A double car garage is available as well as off-street parking for three on its large block. Master bedroom has a queen bed and en suite, bedroom 2 has a queen bed, bedrooms 3 and 4 each contain two king single beds and bedroom 5 contains bunk beds.

This property is NOT a party house. Council, Police and the local community have strict requirements in regard to nuisance noise and offensive behaviour. Under Section 268 of the Protection Environment Operations Act 1997, a Complainant may be successful in obtaining noise abatement order from the local court against the Offender. Heavy fines apply.
