Its huge parcel of land offers a 20m swimming pool, unique landscaped gardens and timber paths that lead to two studio apartments and the house. Guest Pavilion contains two studio apartments each with double bed, ceiling fans, en suite with shower and bath tub and outdoor setting for four. The house contains a master bedroom with queen bed, ocean views, balcony, bedroom 2 has a double bed, ocean views and en suite while bedroom 3 has two king singles, two single trundle beds and views linen provided.

*SECURITY BOND: is required upon check-in, prior to key collection. The bond for this property is $4,000. Bond is returned to guest approx 48 hours post-checkout once the property has been cleaned and inspected for damages.

This property is NOT a party house. Council, Police and the local community have strict requirements in regard to nuisance noise and offensive behaviour. Under Section 268 of the Protection Environment Operations Act 1997, a Complainant may be successful in obtaining noise abatement order from the local court against the Offender. Heavy fines apply.

Very beautiful

The property is ideally situated all furniture is comfortable was a beautiful place to stay I would recommend to future holiday goers.

Only down side to speak of is the upstairs bedrooms were a bit noisy for me as I'm a light sleeper because I'm a mother and am used to listening for my children during the night

Family Beach Holiday Perfection

Exactly what we wanted for a beach holiday close to Sydney for lots of couples plus children. Amazing view and access to a perfect beach for the kids to play on every day. Clearly designed for extended family hols in style. Will be back next year!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING

The views are amazing and falling asleep to the sound of the waves is so calming. The beds were super comfortable - so much so that I didn't want to get up! Well stocked house that is unbeatable for location
