About this property

This delightful, 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom home features spacious open plan living areas, and a lovely semi-enclosed, child friendly, alfresco BBQ area.

Recently we have renewed the carpet in all bedrooms and installed a new planked floor in the main living areas. This year, we have completely renovated both bathrooms and toilets.

Boats and trailers can be securely stored behind sturdy jarrah gates.

The main bedroom features a queen size bed and ensuite, the second bedroom also has a queen size bed, the third bedroom has 2 single beds, the forth bedroom has 2 bunks and the fifth bedroom has a single bunk. All mattresses are of premium quality to ensure that your stay is comfortable at night as well as during the day.

The lounge room has a leather suite and a 'smart' TV and DVD player.

We have installed fully ducted, reverse cycle air conditioning to the entire house as well as a condenser cloths dryer.

The local area.

The house is located 1.5km (15 minutes walk) to Dunsborough Town center and 800m to the safe and secluded, shaded Old Dunsborough beach.

Two golf courses are nearby and there are plenty of walks through the beautiful Cape Naturaliste National Park.

A short drive will take you to all of the west coast's favorite surf spots and famous diving locations (including the wreck of HMAS Swan) are located nearby.

Of course there are the restaurants, wineries, cheese factories and micro breweries to savor, all within a short drive.

The wonderful limestone caves of the south west, magnificent art galleries and many other attractions are also within easy reach.

The south west's mild climate makes Dunsborough an ideal all year round holiday destination. In spring, the wildflowers are delightful, in summer, every day is a beach day, enjoy the extraordinary colours of autumn and relax by the warm fire in winter or enjoy a brisk walk beside the wild Indian Ocean.

Guests are advised that we provide doonas, doona covers and pillows. Guests are required to bring their own fitted and flat sheets, pillow cases, towels and bath mats. Alternatively all linen can be hired at a cost of $25.00 per person, per stay. For an additional $50.00, all beds can be made up for your arrival.

Over the Christmas and New Year Holiday period and at Easter, we only accept 7 day bookings.

Should have booked for the week!

Unfortunately, we only stayed two nights at this lovely house. It had everything we needed and a great location. Perfect for two families travelling together, with plenty of parking, and enough room for us to have our own space as well as share the common areas! Highly recommend this house, extremely well priced for the size, the number of people it sleeps, and how nice it is too!

Great value

A spacious, well-equipped property which satisfied the requirements of a large family group of 12, & 2 very large dogs. Great location & ease of access to local amenities. A lock to the gate would be helpful. Whilst we didn’t leave the dogs alone for very long, I had concerns they could have been let out, as there are not no security measures to the gate. The alternative would be to leave animals unattended in the house, this was something we did not do. However, others who have the same concerns may elect to do. Exterior light globes require replacing. An accessible leaf blower would be very handy to clean down the alfresco & drive. Would recommend & stay again.

Spacious and clean, its a home away from home, comfortable beds, modern toilets, kids loved the bunk beds. well organised, had all the amenities and the little things from cutlery to the toiletries. Landlord was friendly and quick to respond to any queries. All in all, wonderful experience and good value for money. Would definitely recommend
