Experience the Victorian ambience of this gracious 'circa 1890` two storey Heritage Classified home that has been authentically restored and refurbished with lovely period furniture.

Two bedrooms upstairs,the generous main bedroom has a comfortable Antique cast/iron canopy Double bed and a cast/ iron antique single bed plus antique wardrobe. The second bedroom has a Double bed and King single bed.

Doona's with Covers , Blankets and Pillows ,Electric Blankets are all provided.

Two Lounge rooms, main with Gas Heater, digital TV, DVD and comfortable chairs

The second Sitting room over looks the lovely back garden and has a Stereo-Radio and CD, all types of music supplied, Games, Toys, Magazines and Books.

The tiled Bathroom has an Antique claw-foot bath with shower overhead and glass shower screen, Victorian hand basin and tessellated tiled floor ,plus toilet

Continental Laundry with tub and Auto-matic Washing machine, Iron and board, cleaning products,

Gas / Electric Heaters and Cooling Fans are in all rooms ,

New kitchen cupboards are fully appointed with everything you need. Dish washing products are provided

The upstairs Balcony is through a leadlight door with seating to enjoy the cool southerly sea breeze and historic street-scape, North facing private cottage garden and entertaining area with outdoor table and chairs ,shade umbrella and Gas BBQ, Fold out clothes line, is securely fenced. Quiet location with 2 parking spaces,

Forget the car everything is a moments stroll to the main shopping,street, cafes, parks ,historic hotels ,restaurants, children's-playground and beachs, easy walking to most attractions, Children most welcome.

Great stay

We had a great stay in this lovely comfortable terrace.

Everything we needed close to Main Street of Queenscliff.

Spent afternoons in sunny backyard.

We will definitely stay again.
