This quality two bedroom apartment is in a quiet, secure location surrounded by beautiful gardens, with a 2 minute walk to river with a great view across to Perth city.

Situated in Attadale, the location offers easy access to both Perth and Fremantle (10 minutes drive each way), and a short drive to some of Perth's best beaches.Our guests have access to owners tropical pool and area

The apartment is spotlessly maintained , managed by the owners, suitable for business people,couples and families with children (0-12yrs) with many things provided for a baby and small children eg. portacot,blankets,high chair,toys and books etc.

Bedroom 1 has one x queen size bed with heaps of cupboard space and a security safe in wardrobe and a large TV with DVD in room and airconditioning + a ceiling fan.

Bedroom 2 has one x double bed with single bunk over top, suitable for 2 adults or 3 children. also has large wardrobe with a students desk, computer,printer,skype and a small TV, and airconditioning

Ideal for a family holiday or business trip or a romantic getaway .

Most suitable for people relocating from overseas and waiting for their container or furniture to arrive

Apartment Features

The lounge/dining area has modern, comfortable furniture, digital TV/DVD and the latest gas fire in lounge for winter .Airconditioning throughout for summer .

Both luxurious bedrooms have soft carpets

The bathroom has a luxury bath/shower, with unlimited hot water, extra towels provided as well as pool towels, double bowls and hair-dryer. There is a seperate toilet to the bathroom.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances for your use with some nice provisions provided on your arrival for you to enjoy.

The laundry has a front washer, dryer and ironing facilities, and a shared outside line for you to use.

You can enjoy a BBQ in the large patio area set amongst lovely gardens.

The lush gardens surround the apartment and the best part is you can enjoy but not have to tend to them, but when flowers or fruit are in season you are welcome to pick. For children there is plenty of room to run around and play..

If travelling with small children a good variety of toys & books are provided for them.

All crisp white linen and towels and pool towels supplied.(changed once a week if staying more than a week)

25 minutes drive to the domestic and international airports.

Consummate hosts!

The property was beyond our expectations. So many personal touches and everything you could possibly need plus more! The pictures do not do this property justice - very clean and immaculately presented. Elaine and Mal were very welcoming (lovely surprise welcome hamper), catered to our every need and were extremely helpful. We will definitely be back!

Hi Elaine & Mal :)

Thank you for a great stay :) A very nice area, within a short walk to the Swan River walkway. About 15mins walk to the bus stop. A lovely house with a great setting. As we're not used to the heat of Perth in summer the 3x air conditioning units were very welcome :) The beds are comfortable, and we had everything we needed :) The shower certainly does have good pressure, good for easing those aching muscles after a long day of walking :) All the best, Steve and family :)

Absolutely Perfect

We had a great stay - a comfortable apartment with all the required amenities in a superb location.

Mal and Elaine are seasoned hosts and their experience in hosting guests was evident as they anticipated our needs during our one-week stopover in Perth. Even with our children, they were equally thoughtful in considering their interests.

Their hospitality had an immense impact as they welcomed us into our home away, even though it was just for a short stay.

The conclusion is a definite thumbs-up and a positive recommendation from the Malgas family.

Great start for our move to Australia!

This is really an insider tip for both people making vacation in or moving to Perth! We (family of 5) rented the appartment for 4 weeks as we were moving to Perth and wanted to take some time to arrive, enjoy the summer, look for a house, etc. This appartment was really a blessing for our arrival, here are some of the highlights:

- Really nice, clean, child friendly appartment with great facilities (shared pool, barbecue, ...)

- Great location (not much traffic in the area, very close to Swan River, 15 min to Beach.

- Great people! Elaine and Mal are lovely and gave us a great start in Australia (eg. by complementary stocking the fridge with a first breakfast when we arrived and helping us with lots of settling-in questions).

Many thanks again to Elaine and Mal. We can definitely recommend this appartment!

Amazing Property!

We were coming to Perth for 2 weeks and had booked a house in Cottesloe. However, we changed our itinerary and I decided to come for an extra week (sans husband) with my two children. At first we thought we'd rather stay in Cottesloe, but we are so so glad the Attadale apartment was available. And, we actually didn't want to move to Cottesloe when our time was up. It was a perfect stay in every sense. Our hosts were the most dear, lovely people, who truly have thought of everything with regards to supplies in the generous and spacious apartment. Our beds were beautifully comfortable, and everything inside was beyond well stocked and kept immaculately clean. Elaine and Mal (the owners) were so incredibly helpful and kind to our two children. Nothing was too much trouble!! Not only that they were so relaxed and easy going it always was a delight to see them in passing.

The property is very close to the river and was lovely walking and riding bikes down and along the river. We were so close to all the fantastic restaurants and shops in East Fremantle and Fremantle. And, also marvelous proximity to some of my favorite beaches. Easy access to anywhere by car or public transport.
