Enjoy the best of both worlds! With serene river views while being just minutes away from the CBD, South Bank, New Farm, Fortitude Valley and the Gabba sporting and entertainment facilities.

Situated on the Brisbane River, this spacious apartment has recently been renovated and includes: 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a separate laundry, 2 balconies and an open-plan living area including living, study, kitchen, dining area. It is well appointed with quality and contemporary furniture and appliances.

It features a brand new kitchen with stone benchtop, dishwasher, induction cooktops and espresso coffee machine.

One balcony over-looks the quiet street while the other larger balcony looks out to the Brisbane River, over the swimming pool - allowing you to monitor any older children in the pool. This balcony also has the largest model Weber Q BBQ and outdoor seating for six.

The living room has a Sony flat-screen TV with Foxtel IQ2 to keep the men happy and a Playstation 3 to keep the kids (and the young at heart) entertained.

The study area has a computer with built-in webcam and speakers (perfect for Skype) to stay in touch with your family while you're away on holiday or business. Free broadband Internet is supplied and can be accessed using the provided computer or via a wireless hotspot on your laptop and/or smartphone.

Master bedroom has ensuite bathroom, large bed, flat screen TV and River views.The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, third bedroom has two single beds and a balcony, there is also fourth sleeping area in the living room with comfortable sofa bed that can sleep two people. There is also a cot/crib for baby/toddler.

The apartment complex has a swimming pool, gym, sauna, lift and stair access, intercom system for security. Your year round comfort is assured with ducted reverse cycle air conditioning. There are also fans in the living room and bedrooms. A complementary secured parking bay is provided. There are also street parking and guest parking bays within the complex available on first in first serve basis. For those travelling with baby or toddler, we provide cot, high chair, plastic plates, bowls, cups etc - free of charge.

The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood with a relaxed holiday feel, it's hard to believe that it's only few minutes away from the CBD and other Brisbane attractions. Beautiful parks are just around the corner featuring great playgrounds, river/city views, outdoor BBQ/picnic areas and rock climbing.

And if walking along the river bank is not your thing, you might want to catch the ferry or the CityCat. Three ferry stations are located in walking distance to the apartment. The free CityHopper ferry operates every 30m between 6am and midnight every day and a sightseeing CityCat trip up and down the Brisbane River is highly recommended.

If you prefer a healthy and environmentally friendly way to discover Brisbane, we recommend CityCycle bike. CityCycle is a world-class public bike hire service with 150 bike stations located in the inner city and surrounding suburbs of Brisbane. There are 3 stations located just few minutes walk away from the apartment.

When you've done the 'obligatory' tourist stuff, you'll appreciate being in the lovely surroundings of your own private resort. Fabulous restaurants, jazz club, iconic pub, liquor store, grocery/convenience stores, hairdresser & beautician are all in easy walking distance.

Great Apartment in a Great Location!

This is apartment is very comfortable with all of the amenity of your own home! Very nicely decorated and the bed is super comfy! Lots of dishes, 2 coffee makers and a supply of nice tea bags! You could cook a feast here! The meet & greet was super easy and nice to have parking in the basement below. Only a 5 minute walk to the FREE ferry and surrounded by some very good restaurants. What’s not to like! THANKS!!

You won't be disappointed.

We stayed here as a family of 5 along with my Mother in Law. We had a wonderful holiday. The apartment has great facilities, is really well appointed, feels modern, comfortable and very safe. It's in a quiet location but it's quick and easy (some walking required) to get to places where all the eateries/action/crowds are. The views from the apartment are gorgeous too. A really lovely place to stay.
