About Beth Wilkinson

We have owned and maintained our Villa 19 in the Tangalooma Wild Dolphin Resort from new since 1997.

With our busy lifestyle, we can be at the resort in just over an hour.

We are constantly freshening up the Villa to make it more comfortable for ourselves and our guests.

We aim to keep Villa 19 in the best shape that we can.

Beth Wilkinson purchased this villa in 1997

Why Beth Wilkinson chose Moreton Island

Just over an hour from Brisbane, it is very easy to get to and our favourite spot is having dinner and drinks on the decks whilst watching the magnificent sunsets as the dolphins swim past.

We purchased the Villa in the Tangalooma to give ourselves and our children a unique, fun and relaxing holidays.

20 years later our kids and ourselves still love it and now our grand children love it.

Villa 19 fully self contained, which makes for a very economical holiday.

What makes this villa unique

Villa 19 is approximately 20 meters from the beach.

We have full 180 degree views of Moreton Bay to the famous Tangalooma Wrecks to the north and to Brisbane in the south.

The best sunsets year round.

Cruise Boats pass sometimes daily, the busy channel into the Port of Brisbane can also see mega yachts, huge luxury cruisers, cargo and container ships and the odd Navy ships...

Beautiful protected National Park white sand island explorable by four wheel drive and on foot.

Access via boat, jet ski, Micat vehicle barge and the Resort Launches.

Whale watching 4 months of the year and wild dolphins swimming past all the time and to nightly feeding at the Resort Jetty.

Beautiful beachfront Villa

  • 5 of 5

Tangalooma, our special place, is perfect for everyone, especially families as it is right on the beach. We love that we can totally relax and stroll up and down to the wrecks and to the resort. Villa 19 is perfectly situated and we just loved chilling on the verandah overlooking the lush green gardens and beautiful blue seas. Beth is an absolute pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be back.

Owner's Response: Thanks so much Reannan, for taking the time, in your busy life, to write a lovely review. We understand it's a perfect location for young family, with the calm seas and the Villa being so close to the beach. It was the reason we bought the Villa many years ago, as then, we had a young family. Looking forward to hearing from you in the future. Merry Xmas to you and family. Warm regards Beth

We brought our large family here for a week, we have previously stayed in three other villas and this was BY far the most thought out/well appointed and homely stay we have had so far. The kitchen is modern and well stocked with every appliance you could need. Immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. We also appreciated the king sized bed and flat screen tv. We will be only staying at villa 19 from now on.

Perfectly placed Villa within the Tangalooma Resort, about half way between the car park and the main parts of the resort. The villa was comfy, clean and has everything you need. The views from the decks are amazing! The owner (Beth) was so easy and provided thorough instructions to make everything easy. Will definitely be back!

Great location

  • 4 of 5

We stayed for 5 nights with our family kids 3 and 1 and enjoyed every minute..the view we woke up to everyday was amazing and was even lucky enough to see a whale swimming right in front of the villa!!!! We didn't get to enjoy and of the resort activities as we had our own 4 wheel drive so we drove all over the and enjoyed what the island had to much to see..
