Helen made us feel very welcome with a lovely message on the blackboard on our arrival. She had thoughtfully provided milk, cereal, bread and jams for breakfast on our first morning. The house was really huge and lovely. Even arriving quite late at night was not a problem. The house is only a short walk to the restaurant district for dinner and short drive from the wine region. We had a lovely time - thanks Helen!

We stayed at this beautiful place for 2 nights and we were very pleased with everything. The place looks better than the photos & although I couldn't meet Helen she was very kind and accommodated all our needs. Would highly recommend if you need a clean, convenient & self contained room in Mudgee!

Gorgeous house with oodles of charm, warmth and space. Lovely breakfast supplies and so close to the centre of lovely Mudgee. Would highly recommend and will definitely look to stay here again next time in Mudgee.

The garden apartment was perfect. We arrived and it was such a pleasant and large roomy apartment. Helen was looking out for us and was able to give us clear directions to where our wedding event pick up was - and it was just 2 blocks from the city centre. We had time for a rest. A magic location and we only wished we might have stayed longer than the one night - maybe next time? Oh and the bed was a dream! Next morning after making brekky of porridge and toast and jam and real coffee, we head off to visit more of Mudgee for Mudgee honey, Mudgee wine and the best garage sale to top off a great weekend away! Helen is a wonderfully considerate person and provided us with a gorgeous cheese platter and wine in arrival. The apartment is fantastic. Warm with the wood fire heater going and very inviting. It's so easy to find and easy to walk to town as we did each day. There is so much to do in Mudgee we are going back. Two nights just gave us a taste. Thanks Helen we loved our stay! Maggie and Rod

As all the bedrooms are upstairs in the main house it is not suitable for children or wheelchairs.

The Garden Apartment is seperate to the house and is ideal for couples. Bookings for the Apartment can be made by email, and is $190.00 per night. Fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, king size bed and lounge, dressing room with added shower.
