About the property

A relaxed,open plan beach house with modern kitchen and appliances.

Light and airy, the upper level has 2 bedrooms, the main bedroom with a queen size bed and stunning views.

The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with a double lower bunk and a single top bunk. The bathroom includes a bath/shower.

From the open plan kitchen/lounge extends a large east facing timber deck with breathtaking views over Broulee island and the bay. A BBQ is located on the rear upper level deck.

The lower level has one light and bright large bedroom that includes a queen size bed, 2 singles and a second HD flat screen TV. On this level there is also a 2nd toilet/shower and a laundry.

From the house you can easily stroll to 3 beaches giving you plenty of opportunity to chase the fish or the waves. If you're a keen surfer then you can do the popular "Pink Rocks" surf check from the Verandah, if it's not breaking then you'll probably catch a wave around the corner at South Broulee Beach.

Perhaps waves aren't your thing...then wander down to the end of the culdesac to a gorgeous little bay that is always glistening and peaceful.

If you enjoy bike riding then bring the bikes because the road is flat! When you're not off on family expeditions then the adults can easily watch the children riding on the street whilst sipping gin and tonics on the deck.

For the skateboard and scooter enthusiasts, the skate park is just around the corner and if tennis is your thing, the courts are also close by!

Whilst the house is suitable for only 8 adults, it can accomodate 4 adults and 5 children. The property is ideal for 2 young families who enjoy having their own private space or one family with slightly older children that don't mind sleeping downstairs.

Please note that bedding / doonas are provided however you will need to supply your own bed linen.

Holiday Heaven

Without a doubt this is the best location in Broulee. Close to both Shark Bay, Broulee Island, North Broulee and South Broulee (Bengello) beaches. Amazing views across the bay and island. It was a treat to see the sunrise over Broulee Island.

Amazing clean and stylish holiday rental.

Georgeous Views

Island View Beach House is a great spot for a quiet getaway. The views are gorgeous, it has everything you could need for a comfortable stay and is close to three beaches. Broulee is a quiet seaside village, no restaurants, but you can get the basics for self catering and more options are available if you are prepared to take a short drive up or down the coast. We love it and plan to return.
