About the property

A beautiful newly furnished Doncaster House located at 62 Roseland Grove Doncaster offers fully self contained accommodation. It consisited with three bedrooms, big living room, family room for entertainment, two bathrooms, one bungalow and a big &safe backyard with cub house and slides for kids to play. It is less than 3mins walking distance to the bus stop which takes you to the city, or Box Hill, and other places. It is very convenient. There is a Ruffy Park near by, just 2 mints walking.

It is perfect for families and business travelers, with easy access to shops, restaurants, schools and main access roads

Please note that the rate listed is for a couple. Additional guest will be charged at $20 if booking is over a week to $25 per night if than a week.

Bed configure

There is a QB in the main bedroom with ensuit, another QB in the second bedroom and two single beds in the third bedroom. Also there is a dounble sofa bed in the family room. The bungalow behind house fitted with two single beds as well. It will be comfortably to sleep 6 to 10 people.

Standard cleaning services fee applies on your departure are in addition to your rates. Guests are expected to leave the properties in a neat and tidy condition without the need for extensive and excessive cleaning.
