Apartment rental in tranquil location

Had a nice quiet stay. Apartment was as described and owner was very quick to respond. Her assistant was extremely helpful and provided taxi service when asked. I recommend. Was there for 5 days for business.

Excellent value

The apartment is comfortable and very well equipped. Carlos, the onsite caretaker, was helpful and friendly. The owner, Ms. Burch, is very responsive and easy to deal with. She helped me resolve a technical problem with my reservation. The San Borja neighborhood where the apartment is located is safe and has several excellent restaurants nearby, including the outstanding Punto Azul seafood restaurant, which is five short blocks away. There is also a large mall, the Real Primavera mall, a 10-minute walk away, with restaurants, a large movie theater, and a huge supermarket. The tourist attractions in Miraflores and Barranco are a $3 taxi ride away.

Great Place in a nice residential neighborhood.

Great Place in a nice residential neighborhood. The apartment is equipped with everything one might need for either a short or long term stay. I particularly like the washer and dryer for clothes. The property manager lives upstairs and can take care of any concerns one might have. I would definitely stay here again.

My name is Rosalinda Burch, I grew up in Lima, Peru in the district call Pueblo Libre where I attended gramar and high school.
Years later I attended the University of San Marcos (the oldest schools of America).
In my early twenties I traveled to USA where I met my American husband. Since then I have been living in USA for forty years. Right now we live in the state of Maine.
We have four kids and we go to Lima, Peru twice a year, we love the culture and the people.

Why they chose this property

Our family traveled to Lima Peru once a year. We called our San Borja apartment our second home. We love the safety and friendliness of the neighborhood. We are so close to the comercial area that we don't need a vehicle to get what we need, everything is in a walking distance. We love to visit El pentagonito, (the park of Happiness).
In a walking distance from the apartment you will find the Primavera
Ave. Where you will find many excellent gourmet restaurants with different type of foods.
