We have two Coco Suites (VRBO listing #854808 908924) that feature a King-bed and fully equipped kitchens including beautiful hand crafted Mahogany cabinetry and built-ins, concrete counter-tops, hand-cut tiling throughout, full-sized fridge & gas range, stainless double sink, queen pullout sofa, private bathroom with vessel sink and walk-in shower, 720 feet of living space and spectacular view of the crystal clear Caribbean Sea. Walk out the front door to the fresh-water pool and beautiful beach.

The three Coral Suites (VRBO listing #854809 908926 957969) offer a Queen-bed, custom Mahogany cabinetry and built-ins, concrete counter-tops, hand-cut tiling throughout, mid-sized fridge, stainless single-sink, queen pullout sofa, private bathroom with vessel sink and walk-in shower, 440 feet of living space. Walk out the door to the fresh-water pool, beautiful beach and Caribbean Sea!

The Coco Suites can be adjoined to a Coral Suites if desired and available to accommodate larger groups - up to 8 people.

The Garden Suite (VRBO listing #854810) has a queen bed, custom Mahogany cabinetry and built-ins, concrete counter tops, hand-cut tiling throughout, mid-sized fridge and gas stove, twin pullout sofa, stainless double sink, private bathroom with vessel sink and walk-in shower, 340 feet of living space and a garden view.

All suites have AC and ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room, WiFi, 42" LED TV, blender, coffee maker, microwave, dining table/chairs, hair dryers and in-room safe.

So Great!

The property was beautiful and Mike was great to deal with. It was very quiet even being on the main road. Its just north of the bridge, which makes it perfect for going to town and secret beach. Everything was clean, and house keeping came everyday. The pool was a nice touch, especially after a long excursion. It was nice to sit back and talk with the other guests. Mike sat and talked with us for hours a couple of evenings. He really made us feel at home. The room itself, was exactly as described. The room we stayed in had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and blender. That's all we needed as we had planned to eat out most or all meals. The dive bar in front will cook your fresh catch and they did a great job at it. Mike arranged our flights from the international airport and also arranged our golf cart for the week. He made it seamless. We paid for our flights when we checked in, and paid for our cart when they picked us up at the airport. It was also nice that it was adults only. We hope to be back soon.

What a great property! Location is great. Room is beautiful and the pool was fantastic. The Carey’s were gracious hosts and have thought of everything.

Awesome property and owners!!!!!

When we decided to take our trip to Ambergris Caye, my search began for the perfect place for us to stay. We have traveled extensively throughout the Carribean and we prefer smaller, boutique type properties, versus the larger resorts. We like the " personal touch" and Mike and his wife, Laura, definitely offered this option! There are so many varied options available on the island, all with mixed reviews and once I saw the ad for Twisted Palms, I knew I had located the perfect property for us! Mike was wonderful, from day one, as far as communicating ideas , suggestions, as well as assistance in booking tours, rentals of golf carts (which are an absolute MUST on the island and a lot of fun! ) along with answering any questions that I had about the island. When we arrived and walked out of the small airport and saw the comical confusion of the golf carts going every which way, it was like we had stepped onto a movie set! There was a bit of confusion pertaining to the golf cart which Mike had reserved for us, which he took care of immediately. When we made it to the condo, we were extremely pleased with all aspects of the property! The unit was brand new and totally modern ( which we prefer ), spacious and extremely clean! The bed was very comfortable as well. Mike and Laura paid attention to every single tiny detail when they built the condos and it showed! The view was incredible of the beautiful water and a lot of our time was spent sitting outside on our patio admiring the sea and totally relaxing. The small pool was perfect for a quick swim. We were impacted, unfortunately, with remnants of the hurricane that struck Central America, for a couple of days during our stay, but we still managed to venture out and explore the island and have a lot of fun! There is a restaurant/bar that adjoins the property, The Dive Bar, which has excellent food and live entertainment some nights and we spent quite a bit of time there also. Very convenient! They have a dive shop on the same property that arranged a snorkel tour for us and were great to deal with. I cannot say enough kind words about our stay at Twisted Palm Villa - thank you Mike and Laura for making our vacation a wonderful one that we will always remember!

Our location is ideal because we are just north of the bridge which separates the bustling town of San Pedro and it's incredible nightlife, restaurants and shopping, from the calm and serene "north island". The location offers easy access to both.

What makes this property unique

We chose this location because it's not too far from town, but not so isolated as the far north. The Belize Barrier reef is less than 1/4 mile away and can be reached easily by boat, paddle board or kayak. Or, enjoy the waves crashing over the reef while soaking in our fresh water pool, The rooftop lounge showcases the spectacular sunsets and sunrises over the incredible Caribbean Sea!
