Comprising of 4 bedrooms or 3 bedrooms and an office, with 2 Queen beds in the two large bedrooms and two single beds are in the third bedroom and forth bedroom. The forth bedroom can be used as an office ultilising the office desk. There are two separate bathrooms, a huge gourmet kitchen, a dining room and living room that extends onto a back deck over looking a picturesque park and lagoon. Queenscliff surf beach is out front gate and Manly Lagoon is out the back gate. Car parking is available.However, shops, cafes, golf, tennis, buses and Manly Wharf are all in walking distance. The max number of people should never exceed 5 adults overnight without prior discussions with the owners.
