Sit at the window and take in the extensive ocean views, spanning from Forresters Beach to Terrigal's landmark, The Skillion. Huge master bedroom contains queen bed, balcony access and built-in robes; bedroom 2 (children's play room) contains two single beds, two trundle beds, balcony access and built in robes, while bedrooms 3 and 4 contain queen beds, built-in robes and TVs.

This property is NOT a party house. Council, Police and the local community have strict requirements in regard to nuisance noise and offensive behaviour. Under Section 268 of the Protection Environment Operations Act 1997, a Complainant may be successful in obtaining noise abatement order from the local court against the Offender. Heavy fines apply.
