This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7. This condo is extremely well equipped with everything you need to have a great vacation experience. We are committed to provide our guests a clean and sanitized unit, by following enhanced cleaning protocols developed by experts in the health and hospitality industry. The condo is located across the street from one of Maui's nicest beaches which is great for the entire family to enjoy swimming and snorkeling. Within walking distance there are world class restaurants, shopping, and golf courses. The resort has a 24 hour front help desk, internet access, and an activities desk.

To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit. If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit. If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Perfect Vacation Spot

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental was perfect!! The location was ideal, as we loved the quick walk to the pool in one direction, and the beach in the other! The grounds of the rental were always being maintained, which was great to see. The rental itself was a 10/10! The setup was perfect for our family of 4. The master bedroom and bathroom were so clean and comfortable, and our two 15 year old sons loved the Murphy beds! The entire place looked brand new! The appliances and everything you need for the kitchen were provided, as well as towels, chairs, and accessories for the beach. We had family and friends in 4 other condos, yet we loved ours the most! Highly recommended, and if we ever make it back to Kihei, we will definitely stay here.
