The Upstairs Grandview House Apartment & the Downstairs Grandview House Apartment can be booked separately or booked as 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms.

Each apartment provides two spacious bedrooms, a lounge with dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, two person spa-bath & laundry. Plus many other features!

The UPSTAIRS APARTMENT has large private front and rear balconies. The front balcony overlooks the picturesque Colley Reserve and offers magnificent OCEAN & PARK views and glimpses of the Marina. The outdoor lounge setting/furniture offers guests another area to sit or lie down, enjoy a drink, chat, read, sleep or as they say " ..watch the world go by..."

The spacious, DOWNSTAIRS APARTMENT has a front porch that provides views of Colley Reserve and a rear verandah with its own outdoor setting & barbeque. It suits families with young children who like an outdoor area they can play in.
