Located behind the Hamilton Island Marina Village near the top of One Tree Hill is a 4 star luxurious 1 bedroom apartment. This ground floor apartment is in an ideal location with easy access to the complexes private pool.

The apartment has recently undergone a full refresh with new paint inside and out, new curtains, new Weber Q Family sized BBQ as well as new outdoor furniture and sun lounges.

It features a balcony off the main bedroom and an extra large balcony off the lounge, both of which are very private and surrounded by lush mature tropical gardens for you to appreciate the breath taking views towards Dent Island and Whitsunday Passage, especially during the magnificent North West facing sunsets. If the sun gets too much, there are blinds that enable you to see out, but screen the afternoon sun.

The apartment has one main bedroom with a King Size bed and is fully air-conditioned throughout. For Additional guests there is a fold out double sofa bed in the lounge. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, cook top and is finished off with granite bench tops. The lounge has a 42 " flat screen TV with a DVD player and now with 1gb of free WI-FI access per day ( charges will apply for more than 1gb ). The bathroom is of modern design with a spa unit. There is a full Laundry with washing machine, Dryer and Tub. All crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, linen, bath and beach towels are supplied and all guests receive a welcome pack on arrival including a chilled bottle of sparkling wine, shampoo and body wash.

The Anchorage complex has its own private pool, again surrounded by mature tropical gardens, you also have access to all resort pools and resort facilities.

To get around the Island with ease, you are provided with the exclusive use of a complimentary environmentally friendly solar panel assisted buggy. You will also be met by our valet service at the airport or ferry terminal and taken to your apartment. This service is also provided for your return.

You’ll have access to all Resort facilities, including water sports*, sports club* and The Kids Clownfish Club*. There are also baby-sitting services available through the Clownfish Club. *charges apply

Whatever takes your fancy in the food stakes; there are more than ten restaurants to choose from, various take-away outlets, a bakery and IGA Supermarket on the island.

Most credit cards are accepted and there are several ATM’s around the island. EFTPOS facilities are also available.

Nice place, a bit tired and no internet or phone
The place is very nice but dont expect a great view from the patio. Also the description suggests its recently been revamped but paint etc looking a little tired. Otherwise pretty much as described. However on our stay we had no internet despite repeated attempts to have this sorted the managers showed very little interest in fixing it blaming it on everybody else but not attempting to some around and sort it. They did sent an IT maintenance but he could not seem to fix anything despite at least seeming to care (not like the managers). When we asked about compensation we were told NO WAY as the internet was only complimentary!!! (Its actually NOT described this way, however the golf cart is so beware if that dosnt work.

Lovely apartment
This spacious one-bedroom ground-floor apartment is between the two key areas - the Marina and the Resort Centre - but is on a quiet cul de sac. Well furnished and equipped, it was perfect for our needs. In particular, the support staff was very responsive to any request or problem.
