The second bedroom is a double also with built in robes and a floor to ceiling window.
This bedroom has toy boxes for visiting children to explore and the bedroom of preference for setting up the cot if requested.
A fully self contained kitchen features European appliances and user friendly pod coffee machine with a selection of pods.
The refrigerator is stocked with complimentary cheese & biscuits along with a bottle of Mornington Peninsula wine ( non alcoholic available on request) plus a couple of locally brewed beers, also provided are the ingredients for a cooked breakfast.
The slide out pantry is stocked with adequate breakfast condiments, selection of teas, sugar, salt & pepper etc
The living area TV features a built in blue ray DVD player with a selection movies, Xbox 360 with a range of games plus platinum Foxtel. Enjoy the board games and a selection of current magazines during a quiet evening . Free wifi.
The dining table offers seating for four people. A high chair is available on request.
A Small balcony houses an electric BBQ.
Includes free use of the swimming pool and gym, beach towels are provided for use at the pool and spa.
The bathroom features a walk in shower plus a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries are provided.

We do provide one free secure off street car space within the apartment building ( maximum height 2.1 Mt.)
