Train station a 20 min walk or take a bus which runs every 30 min for a 20 min train ride to Perth City or North-bridge for the night life

A 15 min walk from the accommodation to Whitford City which offers 276 specialty stores and Restaurants.

The Apartment a fresh, completely renovated independent Aussie beach apartment. with lots of sunlight and fresh air and your own private access with plenty of parking Located in a quiet residential with Privacy guaranteed on a quiet secure street.

The Kitchen has complete facilities to dine in with a espresso drip coffee machine.

The Master bedrooms featuring a comfortable queen size bed with high quality Australian linen. The bedroom, lounge room and kitchen have reverse cycle air conditioning.

The Lounge room has a comfortable three seater lounge with a flat Screen TV and DVD with films to watch.

The Bathroom has a shower, vanity and new washing machine for use.

Plenty of room for parking on the property .

A Large park with leafy gum trees right next door and a Golf courses just 10 mins away.

Hillary Marina Sorrento Quay is 15min by car or 25 min by bike where you can swim, shop, dine and sail to Rottenest Island.

Enjoy the experience of The Swan Valley Food and Wine Trail - a 32 km scenic loop taking in more than 150 wineries, lively breweries, fine restaurants, bustling cafes, distilleries, shops, accommodation outlets and roadside stalls selling fresh produce. And the Valley is only 20 mins car ride away.

And out the front door and two min walk the local shops has a new Medical center, chemist, supermarket. Pub for a cold beer and large serving of good food.

A Boogie board is supplied to enjoy the beach.

Guest details filled in on arrival and a sighting of your Driver licence or Pass port is required.

Guest details and a sighting of photo ID eg: Driver's license or passport on arrival is required.

Cancellation if caused by the client, money paid is not refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period. If it a refund is made due to the property being re-let then a $60 cancellation fee will apply.

A security bond of $500 is applicable, payable at time of booking. This will be fully refunded providing the property is left in the condition which it was found.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept pets. It is a NO SMOKING home and we ask that any visitors that choose to smoke keep to outside areas only and use ashtrays provided....
