Such a convenient location. Park the car - the shopping centre and cafes are across the road and Mollymook surf beach is within 300m. So much on offer you won't be disappointed.

From the balcony look over the inground swimming pool, BBQ and half tennis court areas. This modern two bedroom top level unit is immaculate in its presentation and superbly located.

Sleeps up to five with one queen bed, a set of bunk beds and a trundle bed.

Boogie boards and two bikes are available for your use (Please don't drag the boards along the ground or leave out in the sun).

No pets. No smoking. No Schoolies. No Coasties.

Mollymook is located only minutes from the harbour port of Ulladulla and historic rural Milton. The surrounding districts offer an abundance of nature's delights with spectacular scenery, forested mountains and myriad fascinating waterways. Mollymook Bay is home to a pod of bottlenose dolphins. Whales are often spotted during migration seasons as they make their way along the east coast.. Fish abound in the bay. Beach and boat fishing are both popular.

Across the road from Mollymook Sands is Mollymook Shopping Centre which has a supermarket, butcher, bakery, delicatessen, newsagent, pharmacy, liquor store, restaurant, cafe and take away. Ulladulla has a cinema, restaurants and many shops.

Rick Stein's world famous Bannisters seafood restaurant is less than 1km away.

Bannisters Pavilion has opened recently just across Tallwood Avenue. It has an expansive rooftop lined with sun beds, umbrellas, private lounge spaces, a bar-and-grill and spectacular suspended pool. Food is inspired by Mediterranean, Southern Californian and Mexican cuisines, complemented by seasonal cocktails, craft beers and an Antipodean-focused wine list.

Or try the highly rated Tallwood Restaurant and Cafe just across the road.

The Mollymook Golf Club has a clubhouse and restaurant at the southern end of Mollymook Beach. It overlooks the beach and is spectacular for an evening meal and a drink. See the Mollymook Golf Club website for more details including how to book their courtesy shuttle bus.

The Beach Hut Cafe is a great spot for a casual breakfast or lunch overlooking the southern end of the beach next to the Life Saving Club.

Children love the 'Bogey Hole', a large circular natural rock pool located on Mollymook Headland. Its protective ring of rocks ensures a safe and fun environment for children.. You can easily walk around the headland from the southern end of Mollymook Beach to the Bogey Hole or drive to its car park via Riversdale Avenue across Mollymook's Beachside Golf Course.

There is a variety of uncrowded surf breaks. Mollymook reef is only 800m away or try Golf Course reef, Ulladulla Bommie, Rennies Beach, Dum Dums, Green Island or Bendalong

The Narrawallee lagoon is shallow and safe for young children.

Mollymook boasts not one but two scenic golf courses. Mollymook Golf Club's picturesque 9-hole Beachside Course has superb sea views from the course, clubhouse and restaurant.

The return walk up spectacular Pigeon House Mountain takes about 3 hours.

Great stay

Nice clean property. Very well equipped with bedding and kitchen supplies. Very convenient location opposite shops and close to the beach. Quiet complex.

Excellent location

We enjoyed our stay at mollymook sands unit 14 it had everything we needed.

Ceiling fans would be a good investment for the hot nights :-) Kids loved the pool and tennis court.

fantastic holiday apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the sands. It's in the best part of Mollymook with shops a cross the road for convenience. All the little extras you wouldn't have thought of are supplied in the apartment. The kids loved the warm pool and playing in the tennis court. We. Will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic apartment, perfect location!!!

This was our second stay at the apartment as we were so impressed with it last year. The location is perfect, especially for families, with the shops across the road and the beach a 5 min walk away. The apartment has everything you require and suited our family of 5 perfectly! Will definitely be recommending it to family & friends and will hopefully be going back again next year!!
