Stunning 2 bedroom apartment, 2 storey and NEWLY RENOVATED including a new balcony, double glazed ( soundproof) windows and carpet. Situated directly opposite Mornington Beach. Spectacular views of the bay and boat harbour. Close to Mornington Yacht Club. Perfect location- walk across the road to the beach and a short walk to the Main St. shops and boutiques. Dine on your own balcony with BBQ and view the beautiful sea vista.

This 2 storey apartment has all the modern conveniences-balcony with outdoor Weber BBQ upstairs, LCD TV, DVD, audio and sound system, new reverse cycle air-conditioning/heater upstairs, ceiling fans + heaters and electric blankets in the bedrooms, log fireplace in the living room, new kitchen appliances- stove ,oven, microwave, toaster, full fridge, new washer, cloths dryer, iron and hair dryer. Windows are double glazed and soundproof. Boogie board + 2 beach chairs supplied.

Sleeps 4 ideally but with a new folding single bed ( so can sleep 5) . Bedding is queen bed ( with king size doona) in one bedroom and 2 single in the other. Free wifi is now included.

LOCATION- BEST POSITION IN MORNINGTON, great for Summer or Winter stays!

This is the perfect spot for fun, rest and relaxation. It is directly opposite the beach. Just stroll across the road, bring the boogie boards and beach chairs ( supplied) and spend the day swimming, reading and relaxing. Walk along the beach and go the the pier. See the fishermen, try fishing or have fish and chips on the pier.

Walk along the parkland and playground area. Follow the historic trail along Main St. Visit the lovely galleries in the area.

Watch the fireworks from the comfort of the balcony on Australia day and see the spectacle.

Eat out everyday and night at the great restaurants, cafes and pubs nearby: DOC, The Rocks, Squires Loft Steak Grillhouse, Assagini, Brass Razu Winebar, Afghan Marco Polo, The Winey Cow, Blackbird cafe, Kirks On The Esplanade, The Royal Hotel, Restaurant Soy and many more. There are Fish n Chips shops, Burger Bars ( Thanks Albert) , Mexican, Asian and Indian cuisines- casual and fine dining. There are ice-cream shops, Yo Chi cafe and gelati bars. There is something for everyone.

It is close to the wineries, golf courses,bowls and tennis club, great cafes and restaurants as well as spa resorts. Enjoy fishing ,swimming, sailing, eating, shopping, playing golf, tennis or bowls, picking cherries, walking or just relaxing.There is a small local cinema within walking distance. Explore Main St with it's boutique shops. Go to the local library nearby and read the papers while you have a coffee at the lovely library cafe. The apartment is near the boat launching ramp so boats are welcome.

It is only 25 minutes drive to the world renown Peninsula Hot Springs where you can spend a day at this world class outdoor collection of natural hot springs and get pampered with massages, treatments, saunas or dip and dine there.

Mornington Peninsula is particularly famous for its wineries and fine dining, secluded beaches, as well as Arthur's Seat look-out and Chair Lift ( for a spectacular view), mazes and horse riding along the beaches, Moonlit Sanctuary in Pearcedale, Phillip Island penguins, surfing at Gunnamatta or other back beaches, and the coastal attractions of Portsea and Sorrento. You can take the Sorrento-Queenscliff ferry and explore the Bellarine Peninsula.

There are great nature walks and views at Cape Schanck, Mt Martha, Point Nepean, Arthur's Seat, and Red Hill. There are many farmer's and craft markets at Redhill, Mt. Eliza and Mornington as well as the iconic Dromana drive-in, surf beaches of Sorrento and Portsea and great pubs.

Mornington Beach Apartment is great accommodation in the best position. It's a little slice of heaven.

This apartment is wonderful for cosy winter stays. It has a great log fireplace. Gaze over the bay while toasting your toes near the fire. Walk to Main Street and dine in the many restaurants, hotels and cafes that have open fireplaces. During the day, go walking along the many beach and bush tracks nearby.

Visit the lovely galleries in the area. Pop in to the many wineries and cellar doors along the way and warm up your insides with magnificent dining and wining including 5 star cellar doors and restaurants such as Montalto, T'Gallant, Paringa Estate, Port Phillip, Ten minute by Tractor and many more.

Finally drive to the Penisula Hot Springs to really warm up. Pamper yourself with a treatment or just spend the day going in and out of the many natural hot spring pools and saunas while viewing the most spectacular scenery. You'll come back feeling relaxed and rejuvenated!

Mornington is one of the coastal Victorian towns where Melbourne’s wealthy come to play. The village tastefully fuses the finer things in life with its natural surrounds, creating a relaxed environment away from the hustle and bustle of the city, only a short one-hour drive from Melbourne. Eating and Drinking in Mornington

Getting to Mornington

The most straightforward way to get to Mornington from Melbourne is by car. As you drive down the Peninsula, don’t forget to look out the window and enjoy those coastal views. Public transport will also get you to Mornington but a number of bus transfers at least doubles the length of your trip.

Prime location, cute apartment that exceeded expectations. Perfect weekend getaway for our young family. Rashelle gave clear instructions and correspondence was friendly and helpful.. Thoroughly enjoyed and will definitely use the apartment again.

The apartment was fantastic had everything we needed just around the corner from restaurants didn't need to get in the car to go for breakfast or dinner. Just over the road from the beach. Rashelle made sure everything was in place before we went , would highly recommend . Just what we needed thanks again Rashelle hope to go back next year.

View and location spectacular. 4 adults for sleeping arrangements were not ideal. The 2 single beds are very much for children size only. Otherwise we had a terrific time.

Had a girls weekend at this property. Such a great life location, close to the beach and Main Street cafes, wine bars, and restaurants. Had dinner at Gods Kitchen.. amazing food and cocktails and wine at bras razzo.. highly recommend these venues.

Great location, bay view

2-level townhouse with everything needed for a bay stay. Lovely views of the bay which is just over the road and a short stroll to the main Mornington strip. Living area and kitchen upstairs, bedrooms downstairs...good for the partner who sleeps in! Log fireplace a cosy feature.
