About the property

This character home has recently been renovated and is located in the suburb of Kewdale just 8 klms from Perth, CBD, domestic and international airports, Belmont cafe's and shopping centre plus Readings Cinema. The Burswood Casino is only 4 klms away.

It has a fully functional kitchen. The house provides you with all the creature comforts of home and makes the most of your holiday or business trip.

The living area has leather 3 x seat sofa plus 2 x leather recliner chairs with a plasma TV and gas heater for winter.

The kitchen and dining area is separate from the living area. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one has just been newly renovated and is brand spanking new.

Laundry facilities include a 8 kg top loader washing machine.

The living areas and bedrooms have wall mounted air conditioning units.

Great Location

The house is located in Kewdale, next to Carlisle and Victoria Park. Only a 10 minute drive will take you to the Perth CBD, the Bell Tower, Ferry Jetty, Perth Convention Centre, Burswood Casino/golf course and only a 10 minute drive to the Perth domestic or international airport/s.

There are 2 large parks located at each end of the street with a childrens playground, ideal for those morning and evening walks. A short stroll (about 1 klm) will take you to Tomato Lake where you can have a picnic, bbq or why not order a cuppaccino from the cafe kiosk.

A 25 minute drive will have you tasting the magnificent wines of the Swan Valley.

Just a 6 minute leisurely stroll will take you to the Belmont Shopping Centre where you'll find iconic brands like: The Coffee Club, Aroma Cafe and an International food hall where you can enjoy many different cuisines plus the many different retails shoppings all under the main roof.

Great location, very well equipped

I stayed here with my daughter, my mother and my grandmother. It was perfect for all of us. There was everything we needed to self cater and look after ourselves.

Also, it was VERY hot so the air conditioning throughout made our stay very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Great family house

3 adults and 2 children stayed here. The enclosed garden is a decent size and great safety wise. The is an indoor dining table as well as outdoor one, and the bedroom configuration create options, as does having 2 bathrooms. There are nearby parks, a large shopping centre 1km away and a bottle shop in walking distance too! We will stay again as it was a good location too. The house was very clean and the towels and linen were good quality. High chair and cot were provided. Many thanks.
