About the property

This bright and sunny brand newly renovated self contained maisonette apartment with bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. The apartment is also now air conditioned for added comfort.

The maisonette has private access from Leinster Street which is a very quiet street and is a short 2 minute stroll to Paddington markets and the famous Oxford Street boutique shopping district.

There are 2 Juliet balconies with French doors, with the balcony at the rear opening out to views of a beautiful French provincial garden. The apartment has a high cathedral ceiling. The apartment is also very quiet and very private.

The maisonette is fully equipped with brand new hotel quality king bed, designer linen & towels, air conditioning, LED TV and DVD player, Foxtel and washer / dryer. The tariff includes free use of broadband internet.

Our standard rates cover accommodation of 2 adults in a king bed or we can reconfigure to 2 single beds if you prefer. Both configurations are shown in the photographs.

We can also accommodate a child in either a portacot or small roll in bed on request ($25 charge / night).

Parking can be arranged by request (an extra tariff applies of $15 / night).

Close to Paddington and surrounding area attractions

The maisonette is also a short stroll to many other attractions in the area including:

Centennial Park 5 minutes away, Sydney Football Stadium (Alianz Stadium) 1 minute away, The SCG which is 2 minutes away and Entertainment Quarter (Fox Studios) which is 700 metres away.

We are 3 minutes stroll to bus services in Oxford Street which run direct to the city, Bondi Junction and Bondi Beach.

We are also located very close to other areas and attractions including Darlinghurst, Surry Hills, Randwick Racecourse, Queen Street Woolahra shopping and St Vincents Hospital.

Very comfortable hotel quality bed with pillow top system for extra comfort.

Hair Dryer.

Free unlimited broadband internet. (Hotels normally charge about $20 / day for this).

Just a fantastic little getaway. Nestled perfectly between Oxford St and the footy stadium, quiet, neat, private and the hosts could not have done more to make our stay comfortable

Great location

This apartment was located only 5 minutes walk from Oxford Street and was very convenient for accessing shops, restaurants and public transport.

The apartment is a loft apartment on the top of the garage at the back of a terrace house. This meant, that even though we were sharing the property with the owners (who lived in the house at the front) we didn't really see them.

Everything was well appointed, and easy to access. The only issues are that the stairs are noisy and might be difficult for people with mobility issues, and that there was a bit of noise from the owners accessing and using the garage under the apartment.

The owners were very helpful and unobtrusive.

Why book at hotel room when you can have this!

Great location, close to SCG, Oxford St just a block away, great place to go for a good walk/run at day or night, close to the city. Room itself was great. TV with foxtel, good bench/kitchen area (no stove) and bathroom great size.

Delighted with our stay, very comfortable and so convenient to all we wanted, able to park the car, and walking distance to eastern suburbs parks, restaurants, sports grounds and shops.

The carpet was a Rattan material so uncomfortable i now how have to see a podiatrist. the internet connection was void did not connect we attempted several times both with laptop & ipad. The bathroom fan was the smallest i have ever seen. Not to mention scarce on towels & the washing machine was located in carport with clutter all through cupboard and had a small minute rack to hang clothes out with..... not to mention they had a blanket in cupboard which smelt like mould, i had to purchase a blanket for the duration of my stay. we stayed from 8th jan to 14th jan 2016 we did not enjoy our stay at all beside the location

Owner's Response: Hi - all other reviews of our property are 5 star. This review left by the guest is clearly sour grapes from someone who mistreated the property. This guest smoked in the property. As a result of the smoking we have had to throw out all pillows. The guests also had a food fight at the property and left it in filthy state. I sent a message to the guest saying please don't ever return to the property. The guest also had late night guests who made lots of noise. I will request stayz remove this review as it is unfair & inappropriate. The property was immaculately clean before he entered it. I also attach the text the guest sent the day before leaving the property "Hi Anthony.. we are enjoying the apartment, Can u advise wgat time u prefer we leave the property tomorrow.. we have a flight at 4pm.. cheers Teo."
