Outstanding as always!

This was our 6th or 7th stay at this great condo. We love the location, on the beach, easy parking, great amenities. It is absolutely perfect for a stay on the beach. Marty makes it extra special with a bottle of wine and some snacks when we arrive!

A Slice of Paradise!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. The location couldn’t be better with direct Gulf front access right outside your door! You can literally walk on the beach for miles (which we did every night). The condo is immaculately clean and served our needs perfectly! It is exactly as described and Marty is a dream to work with. I highly recommend this condo to any couple looking for a place to get away from it all. Many restaurants and activities are close by but the location is not a touristy area. We go to the beach to relax and that is definitely the vibe at this beautiful condo. Thanks Marty! Until next time….😎

Best condo in the beach!

This is our 4th year to stay at this lovely condo! Marty makes you feel like a welcome family member as she has all the little details to invite you in. The location is perfect. This ground floor unit is steps from the pool and beach. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets and a quiet beach atmosphere! We love it and look forward to returning again!!

Wonderful condo !

My husband and I had the most wonderful two weeks! Absolutely loved the location, beautiful sunsets, walks on the beach, ate our breakfast on the patio every morning. Marty was quick to answer any questions we had. We can’t wait to go back next year !

We are the proud new owners of this little piece of paradise! When we first relocated to Florida over 25 years ago, this is what we thought Florida living would be like. We did not realize how rare and precious beachfront living would be. We settled in Safety Harbor, a sweet sleepy town located on the bay side of Pinellas County. It is a great place to live (but the beach is even better!)

Why they chose this property

I fell in love with this condo the second I walked through the door.
We have spent the last four months renovating and decorating and turning Starshine (yes I named it) into the jewel box it is now. We picked out doorknobs and cabinet knobs, baseboards and bedding and on and on. Everything that is inside now was picked with love and thought.
We wanted this to be a beach condo but still filled with beautiful and comfortable furnishings.
Now when I walk inside, I simply can't believe that we are lucky enough to own this property
It truly is beyond my wildest dreams.

Mother Nature has supplied you with her very best---our Gulf beaches are consistently ranked as some of the top in the WORLD.
If the sea calls to you, then this is the place to be. Last year a sea turtle chose the beach right in front of the pool to build her nest.
This is THE place to kick back, relax and rejuvenate. However, as private as our beach is, you can hop in your car and in under 5 minutes find you way to fabulous restaurants both casual and fancy.
