The ideal base to stay for business travellers or when visiting one of the many Melbourne sporting- and cultural events and sites.

Just meters from the beautiful Middle Park Beach, while the heart of the CBD is only 4 kms or 10 tram minutes away.

Delightful 2 bedroom ground floor Art Deco apartment in a striking period building just metres from the spectacular Middle Park beach (walk out from the apartment complex and see the water!). Iconic by design with beautiful curves this notable boutique building shows exactly what Art Deco is all about.

Featuring light-filled lounge/dining with gas heating and original doors, LCD TV, stereo with I-pod and MP3 docking station, phone with free local calls. The TV service is extensive with 33 extra channels, access to more than 1000 movies, including the latest ones, music channels, TV shows etc. The over-sized master bedroom with King Size bed has plenty of wardrobe space. The bright 2nd bedroom has two extra long single beds and wardrobe. All beds come with bedlinen and 100% down doonas. The apartment is ideally suitable for 4 people, but the sofabed in the lounge has a double sofabed to accommodate for a slightly larger group. The kitchen and bathroom were recently renovated to high standards. The tiled central bathroom is modern and features a shower over bath. The combination of Art Deco features and furniture with modern touches gives this apartment a modern, but homely feel.

The spacious kitchen which is fully equipped will ensure home cooking is an enjoyable experience. Our guests are free to use the contents of our pantry with an extensive range of spices. In addition to the gas top cooking it also features an grill/oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer.

A back door in the kitchen leads to a communal courtyard with clothes lines.

The entry hall has a hidden study corner, with copier/scanner and monitor. Free WiFi is included, so our (business) guests only need to bring their laptop.

This apartment is in the perfect spot for a Melbourne visit or work commitment and offers so much more than a serviced apartment.The tram which stops around the corner will take you straight into the heart of the CBD within 15 minutes. Nearby trendy St Kilda is only a nice 10 minutes walk along the bay, while sporting parklands, Albert Park Lake and the Melbourne Sport and Aquatic Centre are a less then 10 minute walk in the opposite direction.

Middle Park contains some of the best preserved terrace houses and Victorian architecture in Melbourne. You will find quiet, wide streets featuring mature trees, cobble stoned laneways and double storey buildings in the shopping village.

Armstrong St Village, which is less than a 5 minute walk, offers great cafe's and restaurants as well as boutigue shopping.

A parking permit is included for one car to be parked in front of the apartment building but free parking is also available a bit further down the road.
