This is a stylish Beach and styled 80’s home, renovated inside to become that beachy getaway with no roads to cross to get to the pristine beach which is dog friendly – one of the most spectacular beaches in the world - right here in the middle of the Sunshine Coast. The house is both pet and family friendly with fully fenced gardens and can sleep up to 12 people!

This house has a huge airconditioned bedroom with ensuite on the ground floor, which contains a KS bed, and one single. There is a/c in 3 Main bedrooms upstairs for your comfort throughout the summer and winter. Recent additions to the property include a luxurious new leather lounge, and new blinds throughout to keep out the sun.

BEDDING SETUP - BEACH HOUSE – 50 m to the Beach
5 bedrooms (4 airconditioned) = 2 King, 3 Queen size beds, 1 single ensemble with 1 trundle which raises to the same height as the adjoining if required, luxury linen 1000 thread count sheets and bath sheet size towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

There is a huge living area, kitchen seats 6 around the island bench, separate dining seats 8, and an outdoor table in the pool areas seats 8 very comfortably. Plenty of room to enjoy each others company, or to enjoy your private space - the choice is yours.

The home is set out wonderfully so you can push open the sliding doors and let the feel of the Balinese inspired pool flow indoors.

We have two bathrooms with marble from ceiling to floor - one bathroom has an open shower and the other has an amazing stone bath/overhead shower.

After lazing around at the beach or pool, enjoy a bbq or cook a banquet in our kitchen designed for a chef, featuring a fantastic new SMEG oven. Enjoy the convenience of a 12 place Dishwasher and large washing machine too!

Netflix to keep the kids entertained at night.

If you need to wind down some more, hop in the 5 person heated spa.

We are positioned 1.5km south from Coolum town centre and 500 metres north of Palmer Resort Golf Course (prev Hyatt Coolum).

We have an IGA supermarket 1km south at Mt Coolum which also has an ATM, bottle shop, pizza shop, bakery, fish and chips, takeaway and butchers - everything conveniently at your doorstep.

Wonderful holiday home

Communication with the host was amazing. They went above and beyond to always reply quickly and make themselves available if you have any concerns or questions. Even offering advice as to good local restaurants. Check in and check out was so easy and they were happy to accomodate a late check out for us. The house is beautiful and clean with everything you could possibly need. There is an amazing island bench with stools we loved sitting around chatting whilst cooking. There is a seperate fridge for drinks so you dont have to cram all the food and drinks in one. The lounge was super comfy and enough room for eveyone to sit whilst watching a movie. The table sits 8 which was a great size for us when we were playing cards. Fantastic location and ease of access to beach shops restaurants and everything you could need. Would absolutely recommend this place and would definitely stay again. Thank you for having us we really enjoyed our time there.

Beautiful house, great location, great communication

The house was in a great location and was stunning in the inside! The pool and the hot tub were a highlight! The house was clean and well maintained, there was great communication from the staff who checked us in. I would highly recommend this property for any stay!

Birthday Celebrations at Yaroomba

The house was large enough for our Family group. On arrival a blind in main bedroom was broken and had not been reported. Owner came immediately and secured the sight for us. He was very helpful. Cleaning under beds leaves a bit to be desired. A CLOTHES DRYER is a must at a holiday house especially in our Summer seasons with storms and rains. It was a nightmare trying to get our Beach Towels dry between showers and swimming. An air-conditioner in the 4th upstairs bedroom would be an extra bonus too as it was disgustingly hot for that couple in there. The Pool and Spa were amazing and very clean. We all thoroughly enjoyed our time in both of these - Thank You. Our family certainly enjoyed the house but a Dryer and another A/C would have made our stay so much more comfortable. The owner is very approachable and easy to talk to. Thank You.

Great house, with plenty of room for a large family get together

The house was great, and Lindsay was open to communication. There was plenty of bench space in the Kitchen and a great sunken lounge room. The beach was only a short walk away. Parking was tight at the front, but we were able to have four cars parked inside overnight.

Coolum Holiday Home

Loved the open plan living. Pool was great, spa amazing. Plenty of room for 12 people without feeling cramped. Umbrella’s need updating. Needs more hanging space for towels in bathrooms. One ladder not enough in each bathroom, maybe two. Otherwise we had a great time. Lindsay was a great communicator.
