It doesn't get better than this well presented air conditioned beach house in a sought after location in Torquay. 75 metres from sporting facilities and just 800 metres from the famous Torquay Surf beach.

The house comprises of 4 bedrooms, with a master bedroom, walk in robe & ensuite. There are three other double sized bedrooms all with queen-sized beds, mattresses and bedside tables, one bedroom also has a set of bunks.

A large open planned living area with new kitchen, all make Sunrise on Aurora a great place to relax and unwind.

Outside is an enclosed backyard equipped with a barbecue & outdoor setting, ideal for entertaining family and friends.

The house is located in old Torquay and within an easy walk to beaches, shops, cafes and the Spring Creek Reserve. All this makes Sunrise on Aurora a great place for a relaxing summer holiday.

Positioned in the perfect spot for summer holidays or just to get away for the weekend.

This property is centrally located in old Torquay and sits just above the Torquay football oval and has been revamped on the inside with furniture throughout the house. It has a renovated kitchen and living area, master bedroom and ensuite. Appliances include washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, hot plates and oven. Externally, the house has a secure backyard for your pet or the kids to play cricket. Across the road is a full playground for the children.

A great holiday house . Leave the car in the carport as it is in walking distance to the shops, factory outlets, both beaches and even the golf course. Walk along the beautiful spring creek walking track to the surf beach.

Time to get away and relax

The house is a short walk from Spring Creek, bring the kayaks and the fishing rods and enjoy the scenery, or just stroll along the newly developed board walks.For the more serious fisherman there is room at the house to park your boat with a short drive to Fisherman's beach where you can launch you boat and enjoy the fishing and Torquay scenery from the water.. If all fails in catching fish, pop three doors up from the house to the Flippin Fresh fish and chip shop and buy them there.

Roomy and comfortable property

Lovely, large home for a family get together holiday. Secure yard for the littlies, great cooking and dining facilities including outdoor BBQ area. And a large living area. Lots of thoughtful detail. Nice position to park and walkways and easy walk to shops, Esplanade and foreshore activities.

Family friendly property !!

We stayed at Aurora on the Australia Day long weekend and simply the loved the house. it was exceptionally clean, user friendly and in a great location. Would definitely love to stay again. Thanks to our host Phil who went out of his way to accommodate us.
