Amazing stay, gorgeous homely house with views to die for!
The experience was great Dianne was so helpful and prompt with all her communication. As above couldn't have asked for more perfect. My only request would be Wi-Fi for next time....we are in the thick of a fire disaster and had I not have had my data we would have had no way of keeping up to date with what what's going on around us.
Thank you for your review Nicola it is much appreciated.
I understand your frustration at not having wi-fi.
I will consider having it installed
Waste of time n money
There is a TV, but not working, no internet, no bed linen or bath linen, electric kettle is so old that inside got brown and we didn't use it., A/C only in the living room, rooms don't have a fan even. After driving for 6.30hrs, we thought we just wasted time & money. We could not watch news for bushfire alerts due to TV not working.
Great Delini I have never had a bad review till now. Can't please some people. Our site clearly states no linen and no Wi-fi. Kettle well thanks for that infomation I will have it replaced. As for the TV, you must not have followed the instructions provided as it is working fine.

Very clean and quaint
Really enjoyed our stay here, plenty of room, fully equipped kitchen.
Very comfortable and convenient weekend away in Eden.
Easy process and quick communication with owner. Place is nice and clean and comfortable. Just lacked a few kitchen basics ...and kettle didn't have the base to plug it in lol Hot water also runs out quick with people also using it / renting up stairs. Overall a lovely stay!

Eden Beach House is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, with beautiful Views over Twofold Bay from windows and Verandah
It is only 200mtrs walk through State Forest to the lovely Cocora Beach.
OUR RULE IS HAVE LOTS OF FUN
Eden is a charming little town in the most idealic setting. The coast is gorgeous and the bush land is so peaceful.
If you enjoy a serene atmosphere with easy access to other areas, then you will love Eden.
Eden is well known for it's great Fishing .
There are two Boat Ramps close by, one in Eden & the other at Quarantine bay, which is about 3km South of Eden on the main highway, (1km from our accommodation).
Enjoy easy day trips to many interesting places such as Bega,Tathra, Bermagui, and the unique Tilba Tilba.
Or, there are many interesting local outings for families of all ages, Beaches,
Fishing, Nature Trails, Inlets, Golfing, and the not to be missed Whale Museum with all the fascinating town history.
Magic Mountain is a great way to spend the day.
Bay Street is approximately 3km South of the town of Eden, or 15min walk.
We have a lovely view of Twofold Bay from all front windows.
Diagonally opposite the house, there is a walking track of approximately 150m which takes you to the Northern end of (safe swimming) Cocora Beach.
Alternately, drive to the end of Bay Street & turn left for access to the Southern end of Cocora Beach.
Surf Beach is on the other side of town. (Approximately 3km)
Visitor Centre in Eden has lots of useful information.
Forrestry Department has maps of walking tracks.
Coles & IGA Supermarkets, Butcher, Two Chemists, Newsagent, Post Office.
Take away food outlets & Fish & Chip shops both in the main street & down at the wharf.
Nice Chinese food at the Golf Club, which is a couple of km north of Eden, they also have take away.
The Hotel provides meals.
Wheelhouse renowned restaurant is upstairs on the wharf. (Now renamed Vicky's)
The Fisherman's Club is in the main street and provides Meals.
On the main street is a shop which displays local arts & crafts for sale.
There are a couple of resident seals near the wharves in town, if you are lucky they sometimes show off in between the two wharves just in front of the seating provided.
There are often dolphins swimming in the waves close to all the beaches.
In whale season the Whale Museum sounds a loud siren every time a whale enters the bay, enabling you to get to one of the several Whale Lookouts for viewing.
Sometimes we are lucky enough to see the whales from the house and of course there are the tourist boats, which you can book to view whales up close or just to take in the views of the coastline.
A visit to Quarantine Bay is well worthwhile, if there are any fishermen cleaning fish at the tables there are usually a couple of huge Stingrays that come up to the rocks for the scraps, also Pelicans & Seals.
Greencape Lighthouse, Navy Wharf & Historic Whaling sites are all about ½ hour south of Eden.
Ben Boyd National Park on both sides of Eden, has many walking tracks, also dirt roads to several little beaches.
There is also a new venture taking place near Eden.
It is an old Aboriginal trail that has recently been rediscovered. John Blay devoted years of his life rediscovering the original track which begins in the high country and finishes in Eden, you can walk the first section which begins on the beach just below our property.
If you wish to do some research on it, just Google in John Blay or Bundian Way. It is extremely interesting reading.
ENJOY BOTH EDEN BEACH HOUSE AND OUR LITTLE TOWNS ATTRACTIONS.
