Beautiful 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment best location in Subi, it has it all!

Situated in the heart of Subiaco in a quiet leafy street, 2 mins walk to the shops, cafes, restaurants, Regal Theatre, cinemas, markets, trains and buses. A stroll to Kings Park, Princess Margaret & Charles Gardener Hospital and the City - it doesn't get any better than Subi.

The 2 bedroom apartment is stylish and beautifully appointed - was recently fully renovated and refurbished. There is a lovely spacious courtyard with outdoor dining furniture, BBQ, garden and pergola for those lovely summer evenings. The front of the apartment looks over the very large open garden space, with large trees, lawn, and plants. You have your own secure undercover parking bay.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, stove, etc. The separate Laundry includes washing machine and clothes dryer, iron, ironing board, umbrella, beach towels, beach umbrella, beach bag, etc.

Large Lounge and dining area with TV and DVD, AM/FM Radio/Dock, r/c air conditioning. A selection of books, dvd's and magazines to read, various maps of the Perth area and the south west of the state.

Both bedrooms have reverse cycle air conditioning. Master bedroom with Queen bed and second bedroom with Double bed. Both rooms have BIR's, supply of quality bed linen, quilts, blankets, lamps, etc. Both bedrooms have a lovely outlook to the gardens and private courtyard.

The modern luxurious bathroom is fully equipped with towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, tissues, etc. There is a separate toilet and very large storage room for suitcases, etc.

The apartment is kept spotlessly clean and inviting for all guests.

$179 per night - minimum of 1 night.

My name is Julie and I have been renting short term for over 6 years. I have accommodated guests from all over the world on holiday, business, families supporting their loved ones staying at one of the many hospitals in the area. Families/Couples relocating from various overseas destinations and visiting Academics attending University of WA.

Whoever the guest, I make it my business to make sure their stay at my apartment is a very enjoyable experience and do all I can to make it that little bit extra special.

I have travelled extensively overseas and in my own country - Australia. I have lived as an ex-pat overseas and understand what is expected and required when travelling abroad. I am passionate about all the Arts and have volunteered my help for many years. I am more than happy to help with any queries regarding the Arts, concerts, etc.

What makes this apartment unique

I love the unit because it is very spacious inside and outside, has huge gardens unlike most new blocks being built in the past few years. It is a very small group, very quiet and friendly. It is in the "Old" part of Subiaco which is so close to everything. It's difficult not to enjoy the great location, beautiful property and gardens. Also great to have a secure car park for each unit.

Great convenient location.

My family had a lovely stay at this accommodation. It is immediately maintained and was exactly what my husband and two year old daughter needed when traveling to Perth. The secure undercover parking was great and even fitted our big country Prado in it! Location is awesome with easy road access and walking distance to lots of restaurants. We'll be back! This is a beautifully decorated, well-equipped, warm, comfortable, and immaculately clean apartment. Superbly located and handy to a range of shops and restaurants. Julie made us feel so welcome and couldn't have be more helpful. We will be back!

Comfortable property, great location

This property close to the heart of Subiaco and within a 25 minute walk to the Perth CBD is a nice, comfortable, quiet and ideally located place. It is well appointed and served us very well for our 8 night stay. It also has secure undercover parking for one vehicle which we appreciated having. Overall, a nice well located property which we would choose to stay at again.

Apartment spotless, convenient to Subiaco shopping requirements, apartment was extremely comfortable, well furnished, didn't want to leave so quiet and a great home away from home stay, would make this our regular holiday or business base. Julie is a delight to deal with and all requirements were met, felt like staying at a friends place.
