This lovely, ground floor, 2 bedroom apartment is in a boutique security block in the heart of Tamarama. It is fully furnished and equipped to a very high standard and comes with all modern conveniences.

The apartment has been renovated and features timber floors throughout and a compact but very functional modern kitchen.

There is a lovely courtyard off the living area, from here you can also access the car space behind the apartment block

Both bedrooms are nicely furnished and comfortable. There are built in wardrobes and plenty of storage space.

There is a lovely modern bathroom with built in laundry facilities. The property has a washing machine but no drier.

It is just 5 mins walk to Bondi Icebergs and Bondi Beach, and about the same distance to Tamarama beach. This apartment comes with a parking space for 1 car.
