About this property

Our home is charming, cozy & comfortable. It is a single-story home located in the heart of the ‘Nepenthe Neighborhood’ an upscale community in West Sedona. **NO PETS ALLOWED** It is only a 5 minute walk to ‘Nepenthe’s private pool’ We have 3 Bedrooms, 2 full baths. Parking is limited with a 2 car garage - your vehicle must be 18ft long or less to fit & no taller vehicles will fit either (there is no other parking available) We have a very large private backyard brick patio with a fire pit you can stargaze at night & enjoy your coffee out on the patio in the morning. There is a partial view of Mt Thunder from the patio as well. You can walk to restaurants, hikes, theaters, banks, and grocery stores.... Beautifully decorated, with a touch of personal artwork. The ‘Nepenthe Community pool’ is always heated from May 1st through September 30th..... If the night temp stays above 50 degrees it will be heated earlier & last longer, but it is always open. Our hot tub is open all year round as well! You must have our pool key to enter ~ We are about 2 1/2 miles to uptown Sedona. We are around 1 mile to Sunset park (Tennis court & basketball court) Playground area too. We have 2 bicycle’s, 2 tennis rackets & badminton available to use as well ~

Views for days!

We booked this trip as a 40th celebration with 3 of my best friends from high school. The villa is so cozy and the views from the patio are amazing! It is close to many shops, hiking, grocery stores. The pool is walking distance. The hosts were so sweet and easy and quick with communication. Cannot say enough good things about staying here!

Great Property and Owners

Our family stayed for almost a week at Gail and Greg's condo/home and couldn't be happier. The condo was delightful and close to everything in Sedona. It was exactly as described and Gail provided us with all sorts of information about the condo, hiking, restaurants, things to do in and around Sedona, and were available when we needed them. They were wonderful hosts and we highly recommend staying at their condo if you plan on spending any time in Sedona.

60th Birthday Trip to Sedona!

We had a delightful time celebrating my husband”s 60th birthday with our adult kids! Julie and Greg have a lovely home that is well stocked and super convenient to everything in Sedona. Thank you for all the special touches like the Red Rock Pass and the complimentary bottle of Prosecco! We would definitely stay here again if we return to Arizona

Excellent hosts and location

The property was charming, clean, well appointed and the hosts provided a fully functional kitchen complete with coffee and Prosecco! We cannot overly praise Julie's excellent communication and suggestions for restaurants and sightseeing. Sedona is beautiful and these gracious hosts added many special touches. Highly recommend and would make it our first choice in any future visit.

Perfect home

We came to Sedona on a family vacation from snowy northern Alberta, Canada. Our “home away from home “ was the perfect base. My youngest would go running every morning right from the house and then there were trails to conquer after breakfast. The weather wasn’t great so the fireplace and jacuzzi were perfect at the end of the day. The house is really well stocked and checking in/out was a breeze. The owners kept in close contact with us, recommending places to visit, getting us discounts and checking in to make sure everything was good. I would definitely give Greg and Julie a 10/10 for their accommodations and friendliness. We are so thankful for the memories we made

We lived in the NW and now live in Surprise & Sedona ~ We are so excited to be a part of the Sedona Community :-) We have our beautiful Townhome as comfortable and nice as possible, so our guests will want to come back time & time again...... We plan on using it as much as we can as well!

Why they chose this property

You can easily walk to the grocery and restaurants, movie theater, and even to the Airport Loop trail head. Access to trails and views from Dry Creek Road are only 5 minutes away. You can't beat it .....fabulous Community, comfortable and well stocked with all of your cooking needs. TV's in living room and master bedroom too. Both TV’s are Smart TV with access to our Free Netflix, YouTube acct & free wifi as well. Relaxing community pool & hot tub too!

What makes this property unique

We have shutters through out the entire home which creates a homey feeling with lots of privacy. There is a wonderful brick patio with a fire pit and chairs, with a view of Mt Thunder & stars at night! We have 'The Hotel Collection' sheets for the comfort of our guests along with very comfortable beds. (Look at our reviews!) Most of the artwork on our walls is painted by my husband ‘Greg’ & available to purchase if you'd like. (Acrylic on canvas)
