NEW FOLD-A-WAY PANORAMIC DOORS INSTALLED, REPLACING TRADITIONAL SLIDING GLASS DOOR THAT ONLY OPENS HALF WAY. THERE ARE ONLY A FEW UNITS IN HALI'I KAI THAT HAVE THESE FOLD-A-WAY DOORS. WITH THE DOORS OPENED, IT HAS UNOBSTRUCTED COASTAL AND OCEANFRONT VIEWS FROM YOUR LANAI/LIVINGROOM/KITCHEN/ AND MASTER BEDROOM.

THE UNIT HAS BEEN RECENTLY RENOVATED WITH NEW PAINT, NEW ENGINEERED HARDWOOD FLOORING, ALONG WITH NEW WINDOW TREATMENTS IN BOTH BEDROOMS. EACH BEDROOM HAS ITS OWN EN SUITE AND PRIVACY DOORS MAKING EACH BEDROOM COMPLETELY PRIVATE. NEW FURNITURE BOTH IN THE HALE AND LANAI WITH NEW UPGRADED WASHER/DRYER, NEW WOLF MICROWAVE AND BOSCH DISHWASHER.

It has approximately 1,100 square feet of living space, as well as a 125 square foot Lanai. This unit was a showcase model for the Hali’i Kai Mahana style design. The master and guest bedrooms both have a deep ultra-plush orthopedic foam mattress. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV and there is a large flat screen TV in the living room. Free high-speed wireless internet is included.

The kitchen is well equipped with a stainless steel Sub-Zero refrigerator, professional grade Wolf cook top, oven and microwave, Bosch dishwasher, and a coffee maker with grinder. We have a collection of games and books inside the Hale for your use.

The Hali'i Kai Ocean Club features a large multi-level swimming pool, a heated lava rock spa with a pebble bottom and a beautiful workout facility with oceanfront views. There is a private restaurant with poolside bar. Tennis, pickle, and basketball courts are also available at the resort. Hali'i Kai charges a MANDATORY $25 resort fee daily per unit (not per guest). The resort fee is paid directly to Hali'i Kai at check in. This fee allows access to the Halii Kai complex amenities including the pool, towels, restaurant and fitness center located within Hali'i Kai. The Ocean Club is a 1-2 minute walk from the Hale.

Guests have the use of our beach and pool items, tennis, pickle ball and basketball equipment, all located conveniently in our Hale. Also available:

You have parking for two automobiles (one behind the other). There is also additional guest parking just yards away.

Hali'i Kai is an oceanfront gated community located in the Waikoloa Beach Resort area approximately 18 miles from the Kona Airport.

Amazing stay in Waikoloa
This is such a beautiful property. I stayed eight nights with my wife and son and loved every minute. We watched several sunsets from our lanai, which is right on the ocean. The unit's building is literally a few dozen steps from the Ocean Club next door, which is great for families with little kids, as well as for grabbing an adult beverage and laying in the sun. The condo itself was just as advertised - spacious, clean, and well-appointed. It's a great jumping off point for day trips, such as driving to Volcanoes National Park. Doug and Vicki are excellent hosts. They responded very quickly when we had a minor issue with the AC. I highly recommend staying here.

Big Island Oceanfront Paradise!
We thoroughly enjoyed this immaculate oceanfront condo for its easy ground floor access, wonderful views, and close proximity to the Ocean Club. Which made for quick and easy access to the pool, fitness center, and restaurant where we ate on multiple occasions and enjoyed evening sunsets. The unit was fully stocked with everything one might need for an enjoyable island vacation. Although we never cooked or made use of the full selection of beach gear. We spent many hours relaxing on the patio watching the whales offshore. And occasional walks around the surrounding areas. Also worth mentioning is being able to park in the carport which ensured the car was cool and comfortable the moment we got in the car to go somewhere. The manicured resort grounds are well maintained as are the buildings. And the owners were responsive and easy to work with. We will definitely be back!

We are new owners since the Fall of 2020 and love this location. We are so blessed that God gave us this opportunity to own our dream Hawaiian property.

Why they chose this property

Location is everything and Hali'i Kai and our Hale in particular is the best. We have the best oceanfront unit in the complex. We are on the ground floor, so no need to carry your luggage up stairs. In addition, we are located right next door to the Ocean Club, so extremely close walk to the pool, gym, BBQ, restaurant and bar.
